“The place was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The house is in a great location, close to DC, food, target the grocery store, good coffee shops and more. We were very happy here and would definitely stay again.”

“My flight was super early compared to the check-in time. I shared my concern, with the host, who allowed an early luggage drop off. The communication was effective and quick throughout. The host took time to make sure that I had no issue locating the place or checking in. The place was clean, with snacks provided. The checkout process was quick and easy. The hosts kindness and making sure I was set was pleasant, cause we all know some host are not. I would Definitely stay here again if I’m back...

“We rented this house for an extended family trip to DC for graduation. It was very clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed to accommodate 8 adults and 2 teenagers! The neighborhood was great with restaurants, coffee, and grocery within blocks. It is a total gem and the hosts were very responsive. We highly recommend this rental.”

“Clean Rooms. Everything was as pictured. Host allowed us to check in an hour early as well. Only one spot for driveway however there was plenty of street parking around the house and there were no issues.”

“Super cute rental. It was updated and modern. The bed was very comfortable with luxury bedding. The owners were really nice and helpful. Only two blocks from the Metro station so we didn't need a car. The neighborhood had many local places to eat and several grocery stores nearby. We will stay here again if we return to DC. ”

Everything was perfect, the space was clean, and everything was as described. It's a great place with a super convenient location.”

“Overall just what we were looking for to be away from downtown but 30 min trip by car, bike or metro. To most things downtown. House is easy to navigate to from metro or by vehicle in from Regan airport. The basement has a separate tenant . This was a surprise as we didn’t see it in the description and being an older house you definitely know someone is there. Owner was responsive to the few issues that did arrive but overall we enjoyed our stay and the value was good. ”
