“There was a hot breakfast and cold options like oatmeal! Would have been great to have fruit to add to the oatmeal or fresh fruit! No sweet rolls but plenty of bread, bagels, pancakes, eggs, sausage, cereal, and yogurt. The pillows were not the best for either my husband or I. We like them soft! The deep tub was fine for us to step over but would be difficult for someone with physical needs!”

“Noisy, poor air conditioning/ heat. Could not turn the fan on to help with noise control. Layout of the building was confusing. The front staff were ( always) in the back rather than being available when customers were present during a busy time. I must say we have travelled a lot and it was one of the few at the bottom of our list. Would not recommend this place to anyone.”

“When I booked this hotel I thought it would be new and fresh. I was so wrong. The front desk staff was only ok at check in. Not so welcoming. The hotel felt old and not so clean. The room was horrible. Located at the first floor and not very soundproof. I could hear everything from the hallway and the lobby. The furnitures felt old and outdated. The room didn't smell good and was dark. Tv was old and not modern. Cleaning was ok, not so good. Breakfast was below average. Staff not so friendly....

“After checking in, the room didn’t have blankets or pillow cases on one of the bed, the floors were dirty and had food on the floors, the bathroom was gross and toilet had gross stuff ( poop) on the base, the sheets that covered the box spring had stains all over them. The gentleman at the front desk was very annoyed with me and made me show him how disgusting the room was. I will never stay here. It was very upsetting and just nasty. ”
