Enjoyed the location next to the Blue River. Condo a little older but well maintained and clean. We enjoyed the fireplace and unit was quiet and close to stores, restaurants and just a short drive to Frisco and Breck. A great relaxing getaway. Easy check in and responsive management.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was exactly as presented online. Rental had an exceptional view on the river. Couldn't have asked for a better place to chill and get away from Vegas heat, and it was close to the venue (Dillon Amphitheater) we went to 2 mights. The hottub was a bonus too. I would definitely stay there again.

Property is in a great location by the river. We did have a difficult time finding the property as there is no signage at all! This was our first visit to Silverthorne and we think the town and area is beautiful! Please note: This may be a minor issue but it may become a safety concern, the tub is slippery.

This stay was even better than I imagined. The accommodations were perfect for the two of us... comfortable, clean, and well appointed. We were able to get a little work done and then enjoy the surroundings during peak aspen season. What truly surprised me was the location. We thought we were in a complex NEAR the Blue River... but soon discovered that the Blue River is literally right off the back deck. While the location is right on the edge of town, it still feels very quiet and secluded. The team members at Summit Mountain Rentals were super helpful and responsive. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!
