“I was overall happy with my stay at the Fairmont FKL, with one very important exception (listed under cons below). Pros: Close to the gondola, has a nice spa and decent gym. Mostly friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Okay level of cleanliness. Cons: Rooms do NOT look like they do in the hotel photos, they are dated and in need of a renovation. Alisha was great, always responded, gave great information about the property and the town. She also provided us with a great breakfast and lounging living room where we got to connect with her and other guests, downstairs in the common area. ”
