I did miss the information about there being a tenant downstairs, I usually avoid this with our dog because he barks. I do not think we had any issues and we were not disturbed at all either. The listing wasn’t clear there would be people in the basement. You could hear them sometimes through the vents. But the unit was very clean and suited our purposes. ”
