“This was a great location, near the lake and trails! My wife really loved how it was decorated. The only thing that would would be to update the apps on the TV.”

“Pleasant, cosy house in a peaceful area by the lovely marina. We were only here for a brief layover but the property suited us fine. It was clean, comfortable and well provisioned for guests. Would stay again.”

“Very clean and modern space. Within walking distance of many restaurants. There are renters in the lower level of the house with a dog, so sometimes I would hear them, especially in the early morning.”

“Host was excellent, communication was great, property was in a nice neighborhood, I felt safe. I wish we had control of the thermostat. It was stuffy when we arrived and warm to sleep, second night I asked for it to be adjusted, which the host graciously did. The noise coming from upstairs was much louder than I would prefer.”

“Quiet and relaxing. Great location. Friendly host with great communication. We had a wonderful time!”

“We stayed here for a weekend in Kingston and loved our stay! The location was great for walking to downtown and parking was easy. The place had everything we needed and things like cream, coffee, and granola bars were a really nice touch. The hosts were communicative and really nice, even giving tips on what was happening that weekend and things we could see. Would stay here again!”

“Host did not send keypad entry code. I sent four messages, through the VRBO app, over the course of 5-6 hours asking for the code with no response. I went to the rental to inquire with another building resident and she also could not reach the host. I had to book a hotel for the night, or drive 4 hours home and miss the second day of my business conference.”

“I will start off with the Host Shannon Wonderful person to deal with, the place was tidy, clean and cozy. Being able to bring pets was a plus, better than any hotel room by far pretty much anything basic you would ever need or forgot on your trip was there if you needed it.Well recommended to anyone who is Staying in Kingston Definitely a 6 ****** place to stay.”

“This is a lovely house. It is in a nice neighborhood with sidewalks for walking. Additionally there is a walking trail behind the house. The house is within walking distance of Toast and Jam which I highly recommend as a breakfast spot. Everything you need is within a short drive. The host responded quickly to any questions I had (using the VRBO app.) I would book this house again the next time we are in Kingston.”

“The Happy House was full of everything we needed and we appreciated the attention to detail. The home was sparkling clean, very comfortable and spacious.”

“Host was very responsive. Quiet area. Comfortable beds.”

“Family friendly, we were a family of 8 and it met all our needs.”
