“This is a lovely property. Plenty of room. Well equipped with everything you need. The courtyard is a beautiful place for breakfast in the morning and wine in the evening. The flowers planted in the courtyard are beautiful. Please be aware that you must be able to walk up steep hills to get to this property. Of course, pretty much anywhere you go in Cortona is a hill.”

“Siamo stati ospiti di Loretta e Fabio per 2 settimane a fine settembre 2024 con due persone e un cane. L'alloggio era bellissimo ed esattamente come nelle foto, con molto spazio aggiuntivo (ad esempio il giardino d'inverno). La grande proprietà recintata con piscina era a nostra disposizione solo ed era l'ideale per il nostro cagnolino. Non era possibile scappare. “Cortona is amazing and both Giovanni and his brother Rinaldo were excellent hosts. Quick to answer questions and address any problems that came up (I accidentally got locked out at one point, and luckily Rinaldo lives in the downstairs apartment). I highly recommend. ”

Our host Silvia was so helpful prior to our arrival even with questions about local services to help my niece who was getting married. The location for walking around the town was good. “The tower was a perfect place for our trip to Tuscany! It had a ton of space with a full kitchen and living room. The town it is located in is fantastic. There is a small grocery store, a pizza place, and a fantastic restaurant where two people can get a delicious meal and drinks for about €30 all within walking distance. You can easily drive from the tower to Siena, Florence, Montalcino, Montepulciano, and I'm sure many other places that we didn't have time to get to. Sauro was a great host and...

“My husband and I stayed for a week with our college age daughter. This is one of the most delightful places we have ever stayed. Casa delle Rondini was magical. We woke every morning to the spectacular view of the vineyards, and had breakfast in the lovely garden. We watched the sun set at night over the vines and hills. “Our stay was awesome. Thank you very much.Only complaint: there was no toilet paper when we arrived. Although our host hopped on the problem right away, he brought us 2 rolls. Total. 1 for each bathroom. There were 5 of us and we stayed Mon-Thu. Kind of odd…Other than that, it was great. Would do it again.”
