Sara is a warm and welcoming host.There are so many adorable towns around: Asiano, Chiusure (lunch at Locando Paradiso is lovely) and Buonvonvento. The Abbey of Monte Olivieto Maggiore is worth a detour. One hour away is the beautiful Chianti region. Highly recommmend the towns of Castellina in Chianti, Panzano and Greve in Chianti and its surrounding majestic view. ”

“We were met by Fulvia and she explained everything about the house. She was also available to us anytime we had questions. The beds were comfortable and the showers worked well. The house was in a good location to restaurants and shops. I enjoyed listening to the school children during our lunch time or watching them walk to school. “We have been to Cortona several times before but Govanmi’s apartment was BY FAR the best. It’s beautiful, well-equipped, spacious and has a great lay out. The mattresses are excellent, AC is in every room, making the hot days bearable and location could not be better. Giovanni and his brother were super attentive and even led us stay a day longer when the Italian train system was on strike. They answered any and all questions. “The tower was a perfect place for our trip to Tuscany! It had a ton of space with a full kitchen and living room. The town it is located in is fantastic. There is a small grocery store, a pizza place, and a fantastic restaurant where two people can get a delicious meal and drinks for about €30 all within walking distance. “Our stay was awesome. Thank you very much.Only complaint: there was no toilet paper when we arrived. Although our host hopped on the problem right away, he brought us 2 rolls.
