Poolen va stängd
Poolen var stängd för nödrengöring. Hade ja vetat detta hade ja inte bokat hotellet. Smutsiga lakan, första ja såg när ja kom in i rummet. Folket i receptionen var som robotar, för programerade på vad de skulle säga, det gav ingen känsla. Ett average 3 stjärnigt hotell.

Central and nice personnel
Nice hotel, near situated the subway. The room was ok but a bit untidy. The shower walls was made out of mosaic where black mould had started to grow in the grout between the mosaic tiles. The beds was good. One did hear the neighbors throuh the walls. Great swimming pool!

hotell med närhet till det mesta
Lätt att ta sig till hotellet, då mrt var precis vid hotellet. Lätt att ta sig vidare till alla sevärdheter med just mrt. Rummet var inte så stor men hade allt vi behövde. Extra plus försmartphones som man fick använda, med gratis lokalsamtal och med obegränsat surfa som man dessutom kunde dela med sin mobil när vi var ute. Bra hotell överlag. Kan tänka oss att bo där igen om vi skulle besöka Singapore igen.

Towels were old, stained, tattered. One had a large hole in it. Housekeeping never did a good clean and make up of the room. Rooms are tired and worn out, yet this is a fairly new hotel. For the price, very disaapointing. Will not stay here again

It’s well located at a MRT station on multiple lines. Close to Chinatown for food etc. The rooms are older and small and things like the buttons to make up the room weren’t working. The pool is outdoors and has a great view and the water is lovely. It’s long enough to do laps.

It is comfortable to stay. Firstly, the subway station, 7-11 is nearby. The staff is very nice and helpful. I would comment the cleanliness as score 8.5/10. Moreover, the restaurant for breakfast is really great.

The nicest thing about this hotel is the leather case that holds the remote control. The mini fridge in our room leaked, so the carpet was wet, damp and smelt of mould. We told reception staff that water was leaking from under the fridge, they did nothing. Check in staff were cold, unwelcoming and unfriendly. We loved the Dorsett brand because of our stay in Mongkok (Hong Kong) but this hotel made us wish we stayed at an Ibis.

State of disrepair
Mould over the windows, wallpaper peeling, torn shower curtain, flickering lights, damp smelling. If I wasn’t so tired I would have left, but definitely wouldn’t recommend.
