Isoleringscell!
Jag har bott på flera hundra hotell både privat och i tjänsten runt om i välden och detta var nog det sämsta jag upplevt. Vi fick ett rum som var litet och utan fönster! Det kändes som att gå in i en isoleringscell! När vi frågade om vi kunde få ett med fönster sa dom att det var fullbokat. Det var tur att vi kunde flytta till våra bekanta två dagar tidigare än planerat. Så vi checkade ut efter 8 timmar, men vi fick betala för tre dygn och hotellet ville inte betala tillbaka en enda krona trots att dom kunde hyra ut cellen, jag menar rummet, en gång till. Det är den dyraste hotellnatt jag betalt!

It's okey, but will not return
Stayed here with my girlfriend and we both thought it was ok. The location is by far the best thing about this hotel! Really close to the MRT, it's basically outside the door. It's also close to Bugis Street, a must see/visit in Singapore. Also only one MRT station from CBD. The rooms are small (very small! no place for luggage). Beds were ok but I had to complain about dirty sheets (they tried to paint spots with a white color pen instead of buying new ones) and you could find hair on the "newly" cleaned towels. So there is room for some improvements here. Overall the room was clean and the overall service was nice and helpful. To summarize. For the price it could be better.

Overall not to recomend
On the whole a dissappointment. The room had no window, was very small , the toilet got wet everwhere when I took a shower. Breakfast served at Subway. Come on, its Singapore! Area good with lots of exciting food litterly round the corner. Friendly staff!

Enkelt men funktionellt
Rena men små rum utan kylskåp men med säkerhetsbox. Bra läge med promenadavstånd till Marina Bay. Frukosten är ett skämt, enbart vitt bröd med sylt och kaffe.

立地は最高です。ブギス駅に近く、どこに行くにも便利です。マリーナにも歩いていけます。近くにブギス•ジャンクションというモールがあり、とても便利です。 スタッフの対応もごく普通です。 部屋は口コミ通り、カビや小蝿などありましたが、日本のビジネスホテルでもこの程度のカビは見かけます。 バスタオルは使い古されています。部屋の掃除は3日に1回ですが、3日目にバスタオルとバスマットは取り替えてもらえます。フェイスタオルはありません。 シャワーブースとトイレには仕切りがなく、シャワーカーテンもないので、シャワーを使った後はトイレが水浸しになります。 ホテルでゆったりはできませんが、寝るのとシャワーを浴びるだけなら十分なホテルです。

Don't book inside room
Inside room damp smell and wet, paid extra to move to a room with a window ( did not open ) . At least this room did not smell damp. TV did not work turned on and off by itself. bed quite hard, towel very small and thin, black mould on air conditioner vent can not be good for breathing Shower very good and close to many food outlets. maybe Ok 1 night stay budget hotel for singapore but Bangkok has much better hotels at less than half the price.

房間網上的資訊不符，應該網上的相片都是新開張時候拍照而已⋯⋯多年後房間舊款，熱水煲封麈，沖涼位置去水位沖洗時發出異味⋯⋯ 另外，隔壁的大廈竟然接近午夜時分在裝修，鑽牆好吵耳，向職員反映才停止，不然不能入睡

Towels
I found everything to be good from location, staff, room, cleanliness...etc except 1 thing. The towels are a complete let down. I understand the weather is hot and humid so thin towels are faster to dry after use but they need to be replaced NOW because they are so worn-out. There are things worthed saving money on but new towels are definitely worth it. Ask other customer for their opinions too. My name is Hung Tran, I was there for 3 nights from 04/09/23 to 07/09/23.

Easy to go around
It's a small / unique hotel with all the basic supplies. Conveniently located and easy access to the entire little Red dot via MRT where the Bugis Blue Line station is just right next.

The beds were really hard The room was freezing, even when increased to 25 degrees it was still cold. I asked for blankets and was given an extra sheet. Was told they didnt supply "comforters" The bathroom was covered in mould Was told cleaning only happened every 3 days, on day 4 there was no sign of anything having been cleaned: sheets/towels/bathroom still dirty. However the temp had been turned down to 16 degrees! Was nice and central despite the issues

Humid but nice!
Good service, clean or enough dove. Very humid room though because of no windows. A/c was good. Bed a bit hard, more like a sofa when it comes to comfortability. But nice big bed. Toilet and shower all good.

You could tell this was changing over. Not much was available. Small room with no light meant a worried sleep the night before catching the bus next morning. Lots of great restaurants nearby and walking distance to museums and galleries.

Hotel is not responsible
It's the worst experience I ever had. Try to contact them before my arrival to inform them I got covid and also requested from hotels.com that I need to change to another date or get a refund but hotels.com said they can't be contacted after several days. I had even try to msg, email and call the hotel but to no avail. I am questioning how hotels.com pick the hotels under their listing. How can the hotels not reachable!!! This is utterly not responsible and thoughtful in this challenging times we are traveling in

Propaganda enganosa: caímos em verdadeira armadilha, com classificação recomendável enganosa, informações incompletas, fotos enganosas. Não há box no banheiro, sendo que o chuveiro fica praticamente em cima do vaso sanitário, não tem como tomar banho sem molhar todo o banheiro e não tem como usar o vaso sanitário encharcado de água. Não há mobilidade nem no banheiro nem no quarto. Praticamente sem espaço para transitar. Somos magros, uma pessoa ligeiramente obesa fica impossível utilizar as instalações. Por fim, tentamos cancelar as próximas estadias para mudar de hotel e a recepcionista respondeu que não haveria estorno nem qualquer reembolso da hospedagem. Enfim, ficamos reféns da propaganda enganosa. Não caiam nessa, não confiem nas recomendações.

シンガポールの物価と価格を考えれば特に悪いというほどではない。 ただ部屋に窓がなかったのは日本人の感覚からすると息苦しさを感じた。 素晴らしいのはスタッフとロケーション。 独りで泊まるなら大きな問題はないだろう。 でも、今度泊まる時は窓のある部屋がいいな。

Wenkai, Thank you for rendering your feedback. Just a point to clarify though, we are on a centralised air conditioning system however you are able to control this from within your rooms. As for the smoke, don't quite get you on this.

The best thing about The Marrison Hotel is the location, very close to the Suntec convention center (where my conference was being held) and surrounded by literally dozens of great restaurants. The hotel itself was pretty bad unfortunately, with probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on in my life. There are no amenities, they don't even have ice available, and the "shower" is basically a handheld nozzle on a hose over the toilet.

Dear Guest, We are sorry we did not meet your expectations, however Marrison is an economy hotel where only the very basics are extended. We are transparent with this. Should you prefer something better, you could perhaps try out our newly launched premium hotel known as Populous. I believe this would suit the needs that you have.
