Perfect for longer stay

For us the perfect place to stay in Singapore. The only disadvantage is that the restaurants in the area is expensive but within 1-2 stops with MRT there are options

A very good place to stay for a Singapore visit

As a family of parents and a grown-up daughter visiting Singapore, the clean, very comfortable and welll-equipped 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat with a common living room and kitchenette combined the possibilities for getting together while allowing a private space for rest, private phone calls and work. There is also a room cell phone that was really appriciated as it gave free internet access throught the city for planning, GPS and Grab taxi A good complimentary breakfast in week-days (but no bar or resturant). A reasonable pool area for soothing dips in the heat. The staff was very friendly and helpful, both in the reception and the cleaning staff doing the rooms every second day. The location is very good; a small mall with cafes and resturans and supermarket next door, walking distance to Robertson Quay, Riverside Point and Clarcke Quay resturant area; Fort Canning MRT and many bus stops a few minutes away and Clarcke Quay MRT 10 minutes walk, so getting around was easy. The real-life experience surpassed the web description with a real margin and we could both visit the city and rest and relax afterwhile. The hotel contributed signficantly to that the Singapore visist has become a real pleasant family memory.

Mycket bra lägenhetshotell i centrum av Singapore nära till mycket. Gott om restauranger och barer. Bra mataffär i samma hus.

UE Square ligger runt hörnet men det hann jag inte besöka. Clarke Quay ligger 7 minuter promenad därifrån och det är väldigt mysigt med många barer och möjlighet att åka båt ner till Marina Bey Sand. Trevliga lägenheter, möjligheter till att laga egen fukost, då den som erbjuds inte är den bästa.

The kitchen was average equipped,could have more utensils, like a peeler for example the washing machine/ dryer were helpful for our 10 day stay. And great drying rack, unusual for a holiday appartement

The room was very nice and clean. Very spacious and well equipped with sufficient cooking utensils. Bottled water everyday. The staffs are extremely helpful especially Vijaya, she goes extra mile to make our stay enjoyable, she deserves a thumb up. The hotel is centrally located, quiet and nice neighbourhood. Less than 5 minutes to MRT downtown line. All covered walking except crossing the street which is helpful in the hot sun.

We had a good stay at Park Ave Clemenceau. The room was clean and in good condition, renovated well. Housekeeper was friendly, the only downside was, the floors don't get cleaned thoroughly. Our check in experience was not a good one. We arrived at around 3 am, had to carry all our luggage ourselves. When we approached the front desk, the guy was asleep. We said hello a couple of times and he then realised we were trying to check in. He seemed very confused & kept telling us we do not have reservations. This was unacceptable especially when we received several confirmations prior to us arriving Singapore. We did inform front desk of the incident. The Manager sent us a fruit basket to make amends. Unfortunately, a week before check out, we also encountered noisy neighbours every morning between 6 to 10. We were disappointed with the way Management handled this issue. We tolerated and ready to move on.

Best self-contained accom in Singapore. Home away from home. Will def be staying here each visit. Staff, location, proximity to the river & restaurants all perfect. Accom was spacious, everything you could possibly need. Pool water too cold for me. Immaculately clean rooms. Well stocked kitchen, washing machine/dryer, bright rooms with block out curtains and air con.

We had an amazing double bedroom apartment with Clark Quey view. Bedrooms were great, kitchen had everything we needed and pool and gym were great. Lication is right next to MRT station so getting atound the city was super easy. We will def come back. Thsnk ypu so much!!!
