However, what detracts from the overall impression is the absence of a proper lobby—replaced by a café/restaurant—the room facing the inner courtyard with exposure to a terrace used for parties, and the fact that bottled water wasn’t provided as a complimentary amenity; instead, guests were directed to tap water (a 33 cl bottle cost 11 SGD). Additionally, the sun loungers were rarely sufficient on fine days."

"Very well organised resort-type hotel, great cleaning, check-in, concierge etc. Nice garden and pool. Minor blemishes - no power socket at bedside, a bit loud aircondition etc., minor things. 10 mins to buss and 15 mins to MRT. A bit sneaky, ask for full days charge for early check-in or late check-out."

"Hotellet låg väldigt bra, nära chinatown, tunnelbana och bussar. Bra service i receptionen, och i hissarna men de hade mindre koll i baren. Stort plus med poolen. Rummen har vad du behöver men mindre rum går inte att göra. Frukosten va bra, men stundtals trångt. Vi är nöjda med vår vistelse."
