Smakfullaste hotellet jag bott på!
Det mest smakfulla och lyxiga hotell jag bott på! Otroligt fin design på allt. Bra poolområde med tanke på att det ligger mitt i city inga skyskrapor som skymmer solen. Dignande frukostbuffé. Mysiga restauranggator på gångavstånd. Välj definitivt detta hotell! Ypperlig service.

Fantastiskt hotell med ett bra läge!
Nära Chinatown och 10 minuters bilresa från Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay, Sentosa Island, etc. Hotellet är beläget i Tanjong Pagar med direkt tillgång till MRT som gör resan runt Singapore väldigt enkelt. Personalen var vänlig och hjälpsamma. Rummet var underbara, bekväma och stora. Gymmet och poolerna på 6: e våningen är ganska bra med spektakulär utsikt. Frukosten var utmärkt Rekommenderas varmt.

Amazing - de har tänkt på allt
Behöver inte säga annat än amazing och fantastiskt, de har tänkt på allt på detta nyöppnade hotell. Personalen är helt underbar, de har verkligen lyckats rekrytera de bästa - mycket oväntat i o m att hotellet är helt nyöppnat - det brukar oftast lida av barnsjukdomar, men inte här - de är så vänliga, de ser dig som gäst hela tiden, hälsar när du går och när du kommer tillbaka de vet t o m vad du heter. Rummet är strålande bra - de har tänkt på allt! T o m en liten hylla på toaletten för din mobil :-) Vi bodde här när jag firade jämn födelsedag - personalen överraskade med tårta och sjöng - det kändes genuint och trevligt - så gullig personal. Kan varmt rekommendera alla att bo här på denna pärla. Dessutom toppenläge alldeles bredvid tunnelbanan.

Thank you guys for making our stay a very satisfying one, the hotel felt great this time around, we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and the cherry on top was allowing us to check out at 16:00 since we had a flight late in the evening.

Underwhelming stay
Check in was horrible and took longer than it should. Breakfast was expensive and lacking in quality. Pastries were not up to standard to a 5 star hotel. Room was spacious but lack in amenities. Shower caps and cotton buds had to be requested. Gym was very small and don't have heavier weights. Pool was overcrowded.

Excellent hotel. Great location.
Excellent hotel. Staff well trained and helpful. Good value for a hotel of this quality. Slight downside is the lack of guest parking. We had a staycation and ended up spending quite a bit on parking in the city centre.

Great location, average service
The location of this hotel is excellent, comfortable hotel design but service could be better in terms of timeliness, and sufficient manpower. The room will only be cleaned after 4pm if they have high check-ins, also for the gyms/ pool access there are insufficient service staff to do the key exchange resulting in extended wait/ queue.

room is very spacious, it has a large working area, big bed, large toilet with both shower and bathing area, and still can have space to do yoga. the room is new and clean. it has a large window with good view to the swimming pool. very comfortable. really enjoy the time in the room listening to the music.

Our staycation
During our checked in, was slow, & we r also Accor membership but was told that we can’t used Accor membership benefits due to third party booking, late checkout was not given as per our requirements, the room was given at 12xx was requested because our friends was a platinum Accor membership (he was given 18xx) Hotel stuff mentioned that day was fully booked not able to give us on the same floor with them, the hotel room we stayed, was weird- middle of the night - room light was automatically light up every 1 hour, we were disturbed & disappointed, next day during our morning breakfast we cannot go in unless everyone was available & we need to wait stupidly outside the restaurant & crowded with guests, defeat the purpose. We hope the hotel management can look into all these & flexibility about third party checking in thanks
