Det är ett 5-stjärnigt hotel i den lägre kategorien. Focusen på detaljerna saknas och det är mer massa som räknas. Ett plus för att det är barnvänligt. Helheten är bara ok för priset

Bra hotell
Ett bra hotell som är lite slitet (viss ytfinisch behöver förbättras) fina rum med sköna sängar. Bra toalett o dusch. Frukostmatsal m bra utbud. Barer och poolområdet är ok. Gratis poolhanddukar och gratis vatten hela dagen. Vattenflaskir till rummet både på morgon och på kvällen. Påfåglar som springer runt på området och tigger mat. Lite rörig Happy Hour, oklart vad som gäller och hur. Bra hotellbuss som kör mellan hotellet och shoppingcentret 2ggr/tim hela dagen. Sista tur 23.30. Ett utspritt hotell, spadelen ligger på en del och väg behöver korsas.

Utanför stora Singapore på Sentosa Island, väl skött och trevlig hotel som har allt . Restauranger , spa, gym, shuttle till stan mm. Stora bekväma rum med utsikt över en golfbana , frigående påfåglar gav stället exotiskt touch. Servicenivå - högsta möjliga. Rekommenderar varmt.

It's a terrible experience! The very first step into the hotel was shouted by the receptionist "HOLD, HOLD, HOLD..........." He was also using a hand gesture to push me back! There were no other guests in the reception desk, and I saw no reason for him to shout at me! Well, it happened that he was waiting for the prior guest to come back. A more polite gesture and explanation can help! I wonder if this is the way how they greet their guests. This was just the beginning! When I finished check-in, the reception sent us to the villa by car but forgot to give us the keys! The driver had to go back and get them. When we entered the villa, we realized that a construction site was just next to it. Machines operated loudly and we could hear workers talked to each other. Noisy and annoying! How can the guests relax and enjoy in a resort hotel like this??!! Facilities in the villa were all worn out. Not worth for a dime, definitely no return and highly not recommend.

Terassi aivan karsea, ei kaidetta, maan tasalla, laudat lahoja ja huone suoraan parkkipaikalle. Aamiainen runsas ja monipuolinen, myös kasviksia löytyi! Iso uima-allas ja ilmastoitu kuntosali ulkona, riittämiin laitteita, hyväkuntoisia. Illallisravintolassa Pan Asiassa ei toiminut lainkaan tarjoilu, viiniä ei tuotu vaikka 3 krt sitä tilattiin, ruoka oli monipuolinen. Sokkeloinen hotelli. Rannalle laskeudutaan 132 portaan verran, ei huonokuntoisille!

This so-called resort is under staffed. Team is not professional (except very few) and not convenient at all for a business stay. Would be a disaster for tourists. SPA is the worst I every had.

Quiet, leafy, hotel in Sentosa
Lovely hotel, tucked away on the quieter side of Sentosa Island. Warm and attentive staff. The fauna, style and decor of the hotel felt native to the island and we were rewarded with some interesting animal sightings including a family of otters.

This is an excellent hotel. The staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Peter and his team in the main dining area stood out for us catering for our son’s allergies. Only criticism is more tourist information is needed to help get around Sentosa efficiently.

We had a wonderful break. The staff were excellent and the buffet breakfast was outstanding (best bread pudding ever). The pool and surrounding area is lovely. There is some construction going on next to the hotel but this is not obvious and didn’t cause an real disturbance. We also enjoyed a very good meal at the golf club next door.

Check-in time was 3pm but the room wasn't ready till 6pm. I've also received an offer via email for an upgrade to a premium room of my choice if it were available on the day of check in, with the promise that I would retain my original room reservation at the same price if the upgrade was not available. On the day of the check-in, i was informed that there was no room available for upgrade. I was happy to stay in the original room that was booked. At the end of the stay however, I was surprised that the additional cost for upgrade was still charged to my credit. I informed the staff of the error and was told that the additional payment would be refunded to my credit card in a few days. That was not the case. I've contacted the customer service multiple times, and was told that the management would look into this, but nothing's been done.
