Det var en trevlig vistelse, med super bekväm säng, trevlig personal. Det var rent och fräscht. Jag skulle dock inte rekommendera för mer än en person om man inte är super nära. Det var lite obekvämt med toaletten då den blickade ut och att man kunde göra i rummet

Decent stay but not for more than 2 days
Pros: Location. Very quiet rooms. Cleanliness. Cons: This is a capsule hotel, so you get a tiny room in which you’d better plan for nothing but to sleep! The AC was not working properly and even with the lowest temperature that was adjusted to, 20 it felt like 22 or 23 and not fresh. The bed is compact for a couple and short for a taller person. The restaurant/breakfast area is tiny for the number of guests they can accomodate so in the mornings, it is unoleasantly busy with people slipping pass each other trying to get to tgeir tables. The restaurant staff collect and store the dishes in the dining area and that is noisy. They also rush back and forth taking away your plate if you leave the table for a second. This “rush” in the dining area wasn’t pleasant at all. The breakfast was the same over 6 mornings that we were there! Don’t plan for more than two days if you are a breakfast person! Not very fresh ingredients or any lactose free milk. There were cooked vegetables but is was frozen, low quality vegetables which was being cooked. The drinking water was warm and the juice was concentrated fruit juice.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Haben auch ein Zimmer in oberer Lage bekommen, wie ich angefragt hatte. Was gestört hat war der Lüfter im Bad, der dauerhaft an war und sich nicht abstellen lies. Viel Platz war leider auch nicht, hatten gerade so die 2 großen Koffer unterbringen können. Der Rest war super 👍

Room was a little smelly. Self check-in/ out was impersonal and there was a long checkout line. The staff was doing their best but they were stretched to the hilt and looked stressed. One generosly called me a cab and went out of his way to make sure I was ok.which is the only reason I didn’t rate this place a 1 star. Overall if I'd started with this hotel I'd have hated my stay in Singapore. Thankfully I only stayed here on my last night.

The hot water did not work in my sink or shower. Engineering came to fix it "they said", but it still did not work in my sink and in the shower I had to use the hand held handle. The hot water did not come out from the ceiling rain shower. Also, a bit noisy with kids running in the hallway up and down.

Great for solo travelers who want space for themselves. Central location, close to the subway for easy travel to other parts of the city. Smooth check-in/check-out process. Staff was friendly. Clean but cozy room! I enjoyed my stay and would return :)

Very nice hotel in the middle of the shopping district. You can even reach the hotel via direct bus from the airport - takes a little longer than the MRT but no interchanges. The rooms are fairly small but still everthing in what is needed. Breakfirst was very fine, pool is a cool spot in the heat.

They gave us a hotel room that was like a hostel room. There was not a proper space to even keep a pair of shoes in the room!! Worst experience.

The location is perfect for wandering around Orchard road. Walk to Orchard MRT took about 10 minutes. Room was very small. Bed was very comfortable but abit high for me. Very efficient checkin with the machines.

Location couldn't be better. Close to high end shops and loads of places to eat and drink (underground warren if places to eat that needs to be seen) Rooms are immaculate, small but well kitted out with all accessories you need for a short stay. Breakfast is good but could be varieda bit. Coffee excellent. All in all I would happily come back to this hotel next time I visit.

Excellent place for a short stay. I stayed for 10 nights but recommend it for shorter stays. The room service was excellent, especially Tammy, who was always on top of things. She ensured our rooms were clean, tidy, and greeted us with a smile whenever we saw her. Self-check-in was a bit of a mixed experience as a staff member was always there to explain and operate the kiosk, leaving us with little chance to do it ourselves. While I'm sure everyone found that helpful, I would have preferred to do it myself. Nevertheless, the staff was kind and very helpful, which made the stay much better. The "Kommunity" Kitchen on level 10 was a bit expensive compared to the food options available at nearby food courts (e.g., ION and Lucky), but the service and food quality were really good. I highly recommend the queen room over the executive room with the balcony for two, as there's only a small size difference between them. We hardly used the balcony as it was scorching hot outside and there was no seating available.

The hotel is well located in the heart of the shopping belt and walking distance to Orchard road. Room is pathetically small and doesnt even have room to open up a large size lugguage. Aircon seems to fix at 24 degree. I have a pain in the neck when sleeping on the pillows as it doesn't supports the neck so waking up tired and sometimes headache. Comfort experience is one of the worst I had ever stayed in.

The room is very small for family with kid, even we only have 1 kid. its more suitable for couple/single traveller. The bed was super comfortable, convenient to walk to shopping centre, MRT. Staff service was good. Self check in and out which was much easier for guest.

Yotel concept is based around small rooms, I knew this before I booked however I was not really prepared for how small the room really was. This was a business trip for 3 nights , while the room would have been fine for 1 night stay it was just too small for a longer stay. The floor space around the bed was minimal before storing luggage on the floor after is virtually no existent. Wass basin is basically next too the bed , no desk space and the in room ironing facility unusable. great breakfast spread and nice bar /restaurant area.
