“We had a beautifully, clean 2 bedded apartment with nice balcony views over the beach and Singer Island. We had a few minor problems the sliding doors in both rooms kept opening after they were closed. The remote control was not working in one of the bedrooms and in the other bathroom there was no hot water but apart from that all was good. We did not use the kitchen. The pool and beach area was nice. We ate on the beach and the food was first class, the service on the beach was really good...

“The host was responsive but the accommodation was unacceptable. It was dirty, mildewy, and the floor of the hotel was undergoing renovation so there was no lighting in the hallways, there was dirt and dust in the hallways, the elevators were blocked by construction equipment so we had limited access. We complained to the host and had to leave the room and book a hotel room for the remainder of the stay. Unfortunately we had to spend one night in the VRBO which was not pleasant!”
