“This was a great place. It was clean, well located, and right on the beach. The beach was easy to access, the neighbors were quiet and respectful. We used the beach chairs that were there in the apartment. Plus, we were able to watch the fireworks in Marigot. Americans & Canadians - don’t forget your Euro plug power adapters. We would highly recommend this place and would stay there again. ”

“The place was clean and ready when we arrived. If you are American be prepared for the stove and countertop to operate by French rules- totally fine. Also, the only en-suite bedroom is the one on the first level. I wasn't sure about that until we got there. You'll have to leave the bedroom to access the bathrooms. “We’ve stayed in 3 different places in St Martin. We would stay in this location again. This definitely is as beautiful as described. This has a central location making it easy to drive anywhere from Grand Case to Phillipsburg. Parking can be an issue on the island, but it was so nice here to have a gated parking spot right by our apt making it safe and easy to come and go.
