From the moment we booked the property, Alexandra was so warm and welcoming. She reached out to touch base immediately. Then several weeks before our stay, she again contacted us to help set up groceries, a private chef, yacht excursions, dining reservations, and everything else we needed or wanted. “We love the French side of the island. Grand Case is full of amazing restaurants. This location makes them accessible for anyone who is moderately fit. Easy drives to the market and beaches! Host is very accommodating and thoughtful! Use Nono Car Rental for convenience to and from the airport. The host will assist you with a contact. It’s not a glam resort, but if you’re looking for a safe, beautiful & relaxed island-vibe accommodation, I couldn’t recommend this enough! ”

“Needs a house/villa number on the outside to identify you are at the correct villa. There was no mention of all the bedrooms being upstairs. This would not be a child or elderly friendly place to stay. The villa was hot when we arrived, guess we expected the AC to be on. We had no hot water the first night but finally figured out how to turn it on. The nonslip mat in the shower was falling apart & needs replaced. Something under the entrance door to prevent lizards from entering would be...

“Excellent endroit pour tout ”

“Excellent accueil et disponibilité du proprio qui habite juste à côté. Coin tranquille , parfait pour relaxer avec une vue super. Sentiers à proximité. Seule déception accès à la mer oui mais pas de plage accessible à pieds. Ça peut finalement être un plus, il y a plein de belles plage à visiter ;-) Épicerie U à 3 minutes en voiture. Chambre master avec toilette+ douche . Il y a une petite salle d'eau+douche au 1er plancher. À l'étage il y a les deux autres chambres. Pas évident quand on mesure...

“Hi - The place was booked, confirmed and paid for; but the host did not show. Vrbo support called the host and the host took the property off the site saying it was no longer available. Vrbo per say in dealing with the situation went up and beyond to help. We had no where to stay on St Maarten with the island fully booked on the Valentines day week-end. The host didn't care but Vrbo did. There should be some sort of financial penalty for hosts for this sort of behavior. ”
