Guest access
At Lar De Ferias, you can access the entire apartment with all the amenities mentioned above whilst following all the HOUSE RULES. Your cooperation ensures a happy and delightful stay!

• MANDATORY SECURITY DEPOSIT
We collect a refundable security deposit of Rs. 5,000, 24 hours before check-in time. Any damages to the property, linen or missing/broken items will be deducted from the security deposit amount, otherwise, the full amount will be refunded after the property inspection.

• STRICTLY NO SMOKING/ VAPING/ HOOKAH etc. INSIDE THE APARTMENT
Kindly use the balconies for smoking. Ashtrays will be provided in the balconies. Violation will attract a loss of deposit.

• POOL RULES
No SMOKING or Drinking near the pool. Breaking any pool rules will attract a loss of security deposit. Pool timings: 9am to 9pm.

• QUIET HOURS/ NO PARTIES
Please obey quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted.

• NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS
This space comfortably fits 6 adults. No unregistered guests will be allowed. Hosting of any unregistered guest will attract a loss of security deposit.

• LATE CHECK-OUT
A late check-out after 10:15am will attract a 1500 INR charge. Checkout beyond 12pm will attract a loss of security deposit.

We will not be responsible for any damage or loss of your personal belongings during your stay or any event of nuisance, loud noise or disturbance caused by external agents.
