The villa is spread over two floors. The main entrance leads to a hallway, where turning right and going up a flight of stairs takes you to the first floor. Here, you'll find a spacious living area with a lounge, a TV area with a large sofa, and a dining table. Separated by sliding doors is the first fully equipped kitchen. The living area also provides access to a large balcony.
Next to the stairs, a corridor leads to the first full bathroom with a sink, shower, bidet, and toilet. The first floor also features a master bedroom with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe, as well as a second double bedroom with a french-size bed and a wardrobe.
Returning to the entrance hallway, you can access the ground floor, where you'll find a room with a double sofa bed, a corridor leading to the second full bathroom with a sink, shower, bidet, and toilet, and a third double bedroom with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. Also on this floor, there is a second open-plan living area with a large sofa, a TV, a dining table and a second fully equipped kitchen.
This space opens directly onto the private garden, where you'll find a stunning swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a BBQ area with a sink, and an additional outdoor bathroom complete with a washing machine, sink, shower, and toilet. Under the covered patio, a large outdoor dining table and a lounge area provide the perfect setting for relaxation.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning in every room and Wi-Fi. At the entrance, through the main gate, there are two parking spaces: one covered in the garage and one outside.
