The Azalea: near Numana, with a large terrace and a seasonal pool in the residential complex

From the private entrance on the first floor—which is also accessible by elevator—you enter the living room-kitchen area. Here, you can relax on the sofa while watching TV or sit comfortably at the table with 5 chairs. The modern kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, allowing you to prepare your own meals with complete independence. Dishes and cookware are stored on the shelves and in the drawers. The kitchen-living area opens onto a wonderful 50-square-meter terrace that wraps all the way around the apartment, offering privacy and comfort with views of the surrounding hills. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs for comfortable outdoor dining, two sun loungers, a sofa set and armchairs located under the loggia, two sunshades (one of which is motorized), a clothesline, and a convenient outdoor faucet. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom features a large double bed (200 x 180 cm) and a spacious closet. The smaller bedroom has a bunk bed (200 x 90 cm) and a single bed (200 x 90 cm). The bedrooms open onto the terrace loggia. The seasonal communal pool (open from June to September) is located on the lower level and is easily accessible.
