“Stay is accurate for the price. You get what you pay for. My only complaint was the strong odor of marijuana throughout the house when marketed as smoke-free. Would not suggest if you have asthma to stay here. The host communicated and partially refunded with the odor. Couldn’t beat the location at that price. ”

“It’s an older house, so you are dealing with creaky floors and such, which is ok. The floors were really dirty/sticky so we had to clean. There were also virtually no pots/pans that weren’t old/rusted/flaking. The owner was apologetic, reimbursed us for our time cleaning and pots/pans we had to buy. It needs a better selection of cooking things, so hopefully that gets adddress so families can stay there. ”

“After staying at 2 different vacation rentals during a relative’s lengthy stay at Barnes-Jewish hospital, this home was a refuge. Everything works! The floors are level, the interior doors close! (Just to point to issues we encountered at other VRBO listings we stayed at, where photos didn’t capture such issues).Maravilla 1 is CLEAN, and properly maintained. “The arrangement of the room is kind of strange. And there is no light for living room kind of dim at night. The doors are old and lock is hard to open or close. But other things overall good.”
