“Loved the sleeping arrangements. The toy room downstairs was perfect, the kids loved it, they are missing some of the items to play with the toys for older kids, but is all worked out. They really did try to think of everything. Loved the sound machines, so easy to use. Only thing to pay attention to, is there is enough room for a lot of people to sleep, which we needed, but only 1 bathroom. That was a bit challenging, but we made it work. This is more a note to myself to pay attention...

“Lovely place, great location. The floors are very creeky, so if you need a lot of quiet during the night be prepared. ”

“The check in process and communication was stellar. We knew we were staying in a historic home so expectations were correct. The neighborhood seemed safe and parking on the street was fine and shaded. For the age of the house, it was very clean. The amenities were nice! There were quite a few bugs(silver fish and millipedes) and strong smell of mildew or mold throughout the house(could smell it outside the front door too). Maybe some dehumidifiers would be helpful. Overall a great stay!”

“Good property. Older home, Some elements a little beat up. Was good for what we needed and prove we paid.”

“The location was in a charming neighborhood that was quiet and convenient to the places we wanted to visit. We had a large group, but everyone had plenty of space and privacy. The upper floor was very quiet even when there was a lot of activity going on in the living and kitchen space downstairs. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. It was hot during our stay, but there are 2 A/C controls and there are fans throughout the house. The small backyard was perfect for the...

“Only trivial complaints, lack of food storage in kitchen, lack of towel racks in bathroom, limited sitting space in living room. Other than that it was great, host got back to my questions within minutes, 10 min away from Zoo and Botanical Gardens, 15 away from Arch, Aldi close by”

“This was the perfect vacation home for our family of 5 adults and 2 kids. The location can’t be beat. We loved the game room and yard with BBQ. The house was clean and updated beautifully. The showers were exceptional. Comfortable beds, nice and cool, too. If we make it back to St. Louis this is where we’ll stay.”

“Very easy to find, great access to house. Was a good stay”

“House was fine. Kitchen is big and worked great for cooking some home meals. House is older but has been renovated. Bathroom door on the first floor does not close all the way. The basement rooms have accordion curtains vs doors. My mom did find a bug crawling on her luggage. Our weekend was record breaking hot and it was nice to have the extra air conditioners in addition to the central air. Basement was freezing though - we closed some vents which helped. Backyard is not great. Lots of...

“We enjoyed having the entire house to ourselves, with no noise from other units. The kitchen was very good. It was nice to be able to park our car in the rear instead of on the street. My only recommendation would be to add a dresser or chest of drawers to the bedrooms, or at least a luggage rack to put a suitcase on. Overall, it was quite good and I would definitely stay here again.”
