“This home was perfect for our family - it is on a quiet street and is convenient to all of our favorite STL spots. We also appreciated being able to walk to a local coffee shop and restaurant. The house itself is a classic Dogtown home but with nice updates. The living space was open and functional for our family. Finally, we appreciated Tommy’s responsiveness. My only caveat would be that if mobility is an issue or if you have small kids to bathe, the small bathrooms could be hard to navigate...

“We were in for a family get together and learning about family history. Location is good to get most anywhere in the area without much difficulty. During our stay there was an excessive heat warning but both units stayed cool - folks in upstairs unit from area not used to that kind of heat and they were okay. Only odd thing was access to the upper unit is through the lower unit, but wasn't an issue for us. I would definitely stay there again. ”
