“My sister and I took my daughter and her best friend to Top Sail Island for a 3-day trip and The Lily Pad was nothing short of perfection. From the adorable layout to the secluded, serene setting to the thoughtful design of the home, it was the perfect little getaway. We truly enjoyed ourselves and all of the supplies made our trip go so smoothly. Anything we didn’t bring, The Lily Pad had it already. This was an amazing stay! Will definitely book again”

“Property is in a nice location, walking distance to the beach, some restaurants, convience store, and miniature golf. Rooms were extremely clean and bed was very comfortable with quality sheets and pillows. Available washer / dryer on premises came in useful. ”

“Absolutely amazing. If you’re looking for a no-frills but super clean kind of place, still a mom and pops place, then the Sea vista is the place for you. As I said low key. If you are wanting the fancy Adams mark or Holiday Inn keep driving. This place is super cute super clean run by super folks. It’s a shame begin history has push small businesses like this out. I’ll definitely be back”

“We had a great stay .. the property is older but it was clean and had everything we needed! The beach was perfect and super close. Short drive to food or groceries.”

“It’s an older property but I liked it. I go to Topsail beach often. I live in Wilmington NC. It’s worth the 55 minute drive. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Beautiful ocean front view.”

“Came for a wedding on the beach nearby and location was excellent. Quiet, peaceful and simply amazing view of the beach and morning sunrise. Will be back.”

“We had absolutely the best time for our anniversary!!! This little studio condo was exactly what we wanted and needed! Perfect for a short getaway or even longer for two people. South end of the island and literally the last true oceanfront opportunity before serene uncrowded beach! Wonderful area to walk, ride bikes, and social distance. The staff did exactly what they said they would and complete no-contact checkin. The room was impeccably clean and well furnished. Loved being on the 2nd level...

“Overall was pleased with accommodations. Only negative was a strong lingering fish smell. But loved the layout, cleanliness, and condition. By far the best thing was the view from room, and balcony, even had a great view from bed. Beach access was great also and really enjoyed the quiet , non crowded and laid back atmosphere. Planning on returning”

“Comfy beds and a great location! The grocery store is 5 min away, along with a ton of restaurants. Wrightsville Beach is a 25 min drive. ”
