“House was great and in a great location. We flew to Wilmington so to have coffee pods and some snacks upon arrival was so nice. The option to buy a bottle of wine or champagne was also a nice option. We loved being able to smoke OUTDOORS with a groovy place to sit. Hostess was communicative and helpful. Loved having Barzarre right behind us with fun options!”

“We needed room for 10 adults and 2 children for a surprise birthday party and the house provided the needed space in the right area for family to gather. The furniture was worn but serviceable and all appliances worked. Property manager/owner was very responsive. ”

“Well equipped kitchen including Keurig and crock pot. The home is spacious and comfortable. There was quite a bit of food left in the fridge from others but still enough room for our items. Parking is easy. Neighborhood was very quiet and convenient. ”

“This was a fantastic stay and exactly what I needed for my single night visit. 10 minutes from downtown so when I arrived in town early was able to find things to kill time. No issues with check in, Lee was very kind through the messaging system.I was in town for an event and the property was in a 5 minute walk so that was another plus!”
