“We had a great stay at this apartment and would absolutely recommend it, especially for families traveling with kids. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything we needed was provided, which made the stay easy and stress-free. The location was excellent — safe, convenient, and close to restaurants, shops, and nearby attractions. It was easy to get around, and having everything so close was a big plus when traveling with a child. The space...

“Vi fick betala 60 euro extra för tidig check in + 50 euro för frukost. När vi kom till rummet var det inte färdigt och vi fick vänta ytterligare en timme men ändå betala fullpris! Dem hade problem med brandlarm som först testades på dagen och sedan fick igång som falsklarm på natten och höll på i evighet, väckte barnen som sedan inte kunde somna om. Deras pool area var inte städad, bastun var inte igång som dem annonserade om på alla dagar vi var där. Restaurangen hade bra mat men...

“The service provided was good and the chalet was absolutely wonderful. Parking was free and close to the chalet. If you have a car it’s only a few minutes away from Santa’s village and the city of Rovaniemi. Taxis are readily available for those who prefer that. Provided the sky is clear you’ll likely see a lot of aurora borealis. Bring warm clothes, because the temperature was between -10 and -29 celsius during our stay.”

“We stayed for 5 days had bad luck with the weather, couldn’t see the northern lights. They have a restaurant that serves dinner and is really good. We had in our package breakfast and it was good too. Room was clean and the staff super helpful. We stayed with our 15 month old baby and they were super friendly with him. Iadi made sure we were accommodated properly in the room and even helped us with dinner reservations. Lakeview is beautiful. The perfect escape”

“The igloo was very cosy but a bit small for four of us as a family. The kitchen has everything you needed and the delivered breakfast food was a real treat, healthy and delicious. We didn’t realise we had booked for the end of season so nothing apart from our room was operational and we didn’t get to use any of the facilities or any of the fun things which was disappointing. Also this accommodation is a little way out of town so if you don’t have a car you need to spend money on transport. Some...

“We stayed 4 nights and we had such an amazing stay. The suite was stunning. More than big enough for two people and we loved having the private sauna and private outdoor hot tub. We had the most beautiful ice cold winter weather so we were able to enjoy the outdoors in a warm tub. Just perfect. Only thing we did miss was some closets/storage for clothes in the suite. Having breakfast/dinner looking out into the woods covered in snow was amazing and so relaxing. The food was good and the people...
