"- poor cleanliness and general standard, especially fitted carpet that was extremely worn and dirty. - room had not been vacuumed, and pointing this out did not help much - staff did not want to move furniture to clean underneath and had no equipment to clean properly in corners etc. we asked to borrow the machine and cleaned the room ourselves as best we could. - baby cot had been pre-ordered via email agreement but was not delivered until asked for. when delivered, it could barely stand up straight, let alone accommodate a child. we needed to arrange a pack n play from friends instead. - elevator out of order 8 of 10 days, causing frustrating detours in the hallways.. - both key cards simultaneously deactivated 2 days before check-out"
