“We had three peaceful and relaxing nights at this comfortable cottage in the woods. There were deer and bunnies, black squirrels and lots of birds outside, but inside was a nicely appointed and well equipped space perfect for unwinding.The location allows exploration of the more rural part of Bucks County, with lots of winding roads and working farm country to explore. And all of the more civilized assets of that part of Pennsylvania are not far away. It was a good, low-key visit. Thank you!”

“We had a great time here. The beds were comfortable, the lakes were perfect, and everyone was so nice. I definetly recommend Beach one which is within walking distance. There were 2 playgrounds and a concession stand there as well. We were a short drive from Lego land and it was just an hour to Newark from where we took the train to NYC. Would love to stay here again.”

“Very nice house to use as a base for a Doylestown wedding. Nothing fancy, but we weren't there that much. Very clean, comfortable and quiet with a nice kitchen. Great AC! The one problem was the entrance--It was very hard to find even when we knew it was hidden. Also it was hard to get out on the very busy road--visibility from the driveway to the road was obscured even for a right turn.”

“Stayed with girlfriends for the night. The main area is cosy with great character. Bedrooms are roomy. The best is the outdoor space!! ”

“Great location, clean, equipped with all the essentials for cooking and grilling and amenities like hot tub, fire pit, kayaks and more. Yariv was so friendly and accommodating. The house was clean and comfortable. Close to great restaurants and marinas to be able to get out and enjoy the lake. Definitely recommend.”

“House and property was beautiful, clean, and perfect for a family getaway. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything you needed as far as linens, dishes, things to cook, and a nice outside seating area. Plenty of places to eat and see around the area too. We are definitely going to come back with family next time.”

“The cottage was just as shown in the photos. The interior had the "rustic" feel we wanted, with modern amenities we also wanted. There were just two of us, but it is also perfect for a family. A very friendly, beautiful doe met us at our car as we left to visit Bushkill Falls (highly recommended!) and had no fear of us. The back of the property had a large pond, so we had a beautiful view while sitting on the deck.”

“This property was just what we needed. It was so considerate of the host to have coffee, creamers and a few other condiments available.Check in went smoothly and the owner was so easy to communicate with ”

“You only learned after booking that the owner would be in the basement at all times and moving cars around constantly. That was not explained in the listing. He also mowed the lawn while we were there, which was not pleasant while trying to nap. The keypad to enter the home doesn’t work properly and you have to type the code multiple times to finally enter. The beds are not comfortable at all. With the price of this location, the beds should be worth the price. The window fans do not keep the...

"Helt ok hotell om man behöver en natt, inget att stanna på flera dagar. Städningen hade mer att önska och jag fick be om påfyllning av toapapper första kvällen, fanns en halv rulle när vi kom. Gymmet såg bättre ut på bilderna än i verkligheten. Trasiga och rostiga maskiner. Låg i anslutning till poolen vilket bidrog till fuktig och varm temperatur."

poor cleanliness and poor general standard

"- poor cleanliness and general standard, especially fitted carpet that was extremely worn and dirty. - room had not been vacuumed, and pointing this out did not help much - staff did not want to move furniture to clean underneath and had no equipment to clean properly in corners etc. we asked to borrow the machine and cleaned the room ourselves as best we could. - baby cot had been pre-ordered via email agreement but was not delivered until asked for. when delivered, it could barely stand up straight, let alone accommodate a child. we needed to arrange a pack n play from friends instead. - elevator out of order 8 of 10 days, causing frustrating detours in the hallways.. - both key cards simultaneously deactivated 2 days before check-out"
