“We stayed for a quick last minute getaway. Lots of value for the price. The house was well stocked with necesseties and mostly clean. It could use a more regular deep clean as the windwsills by the kids bed had old bugs, cobwebs on some decor and under the couch trundle bed was very dirty. There wasnt wifi and the number that was left for us couldnt be used on the house phone. None of this hindered our stay though. Hot tub was the reason we booked and very easy to use and enjoy. no neighbors on...

“We enjoyed our stay. It is cozy but a great view. We liked the wood burning stove. We brought our own wood. There was some wood on the property but needed to be split. Back deck and front screen porch are very nice. Instructions to get in and out of the property were clear and easy. We look forward to returning. Thank you, Greg Richards”

“The location is perfect, quiet and secluded however just minutes to a great state park with lots to do. And about 8 miles to town. The cabin itself is stunning, every amenity you can ask for. The hosts were so kind and responsive.”

“Our time away here was just what we needed as we celebrated our 35th anniversary. We loved the privacy and away-from-it-all feel. Appreciated the available movie DVD’s. Hot tub was great!. The home was lovely with spaces for relaxing well thought out. Communication with the host was excellent . Just a few suggestions for consideration…..a step stool for the hot tub would be helpful for those of us with back issues, and the linens could use some refreshing. “One of my favorite things about the house is the location! If you havent been to berkeley springs its a must. Chalet Cree is situated just outside town and close to town. But far enough outside that its so peaceful and quiet. The home has plenty of space and is in good shape. Will definitely be making a trip back to stay again!”

“A great little cabin in a secluded spot. Exactly what we were looking for in our stay. It is in the woods so be prepared for that experience. Enjoyed the hot tub, the kitchen was stocked well for the little bit of cooking we did, and our dogs Tucker and Toby loved laying on the deck watching for any wildlife, which we did have deer and turkeys on the property during our stay. A great place for privacy and getting away from reality for awhile!”

“The cabin was nicely located on the river, but was a little loud at times from truck noise on the road. Interior was clean and comfortable. The code wasn't updated at check-in, and it took us about 5-10 minutes of standing outside at night to get it resolved. Also, the guest house lights randomly went on during our second evening and shone bright lights into the cabin. Manager did not respond until the next morning.”
