“The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The cleanliness was concerning though. The bathroom had hair and dirt in the sink and shower, with a used washcloth thrown in the corner. The fridge was always off. You have to push a button to turn it on, but it only stays active for two hours then goes off again. I don't know if it was just my room, by the walls are "thin". You could hear people showering and talking next door and walking around from the floor above. Staff was super friendly...

“I regularly stay here while visiting family in Decatur. Rooms are clean and quiet, breakfast is appropriate, and my grandkids love the indoor pool option!”

“The outside conditions of the property needs attention especially the pool area. Last night parking was very limited due to some trucks and trailers were not parked over in the trailer parking area. However the rooms were clean and the staff were very kind and helpful.”

“The hotel was super clean. The pool was too cloudy to use but honestly I wasn’t feeling it anyway. We have dogs and our room had flooring that was specifically for that. Lately I’ve stayed in several hotels and this was by far the best.”

“The bathroom was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, there were fake eyelashes stuck to the counter, paint falling off the ceiling above the bed, the phone receiver was hot glued shut to the phone, and the tv was broken and couldn’t be fixed after the attempts. Would definitely never stay here again. ”

“Better off at a Motel for the price. Linens and towels are not clean, parking lot is nonexistent. ”

“This is a basic, decent room. There's plenty of hot water in a fiberglass shower. Towels get you dry but aren't plush. Some of the tile and trim is DIY, internet is Ok for emails but not streaming. The TV has free ROKU channels, but not cable/satellite networks. Housekeeping came daily to make the bed, refresh towels, sweep and collect trash. At the rate, it's not a spa, but it's a reasonable place to sleep and clean up.”

“We stayed Fri-Sunday and were very pleased, highly recommend. Another guest staying same time as us from the local area said this was their preferred spot. Wonderful staff at breakfast helped get each morning off to a fine start, breakfast was ample and delicious. Will be staying here next time! ”

“Room was clean, the check in staff was great and friendly. We had no refrigerator in our room which was advertised as having one. The staff on duty thought there was one and when I said there was an empty space where one belonged they weren’t helpful or at all worried that we had items that needed refrigerated. Just said we can get one in there after the weekend. ”

“We don’t need laundry service Night staff didn’t care if coffee was cold .Several people complained about the coffee being cold .She made no attempt to make fresh coffee .Everyone else was very nice.”

“I had a disappointing experience during my stay. There were people hanging out in front of the hotel, which made the environment feel uncomfortable. When I got to the room, the toilet was overflowing, and staff handed me a plunger and had me clean up the water myself, which was very unprofessional. The room itself was not clean — the floor was dirty, and I even found a teddy bear and a walkie-talkie left behind. On top of that, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though it was...
