Introducing our brand-new holiday home in Sliema, situated right next to the highly in-demand Sliema Seafront, a location loved by all year-round. This recently styled apartment features two double bedrooms, a living room with a Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with modern upgrades, and two bathrooms (one of which has a washing machine). For those blending business with leisure, we've included a remote working desk to cater to your needs.
The Space:
Sliema's new holiday home is a perfect getaway for travelers eager to explore the Maltese islands. Whether you're here to work or relax, this apartment is what holidaymakers dream of. The two double bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, decorated with beautiful art to brighten the space and create a pleasant atmosphere.
The large, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, though you'll be tempted by the surrounding culinary experiences for all types of foodies. The apartment features a shower room (which also has a washing machine) as well as a nicely sized living roomâthis space is ideal for relaxing on the sofa watching your favorite Netflix series, or unwinding after a day at the beachâyes, the beach is a quick one-minute walk away!
We've also added two dedicated remote workstations for individuals looking to dedicate some time to work, making this apartment perfect for stays longer than the average 3-4 days. (One desk per bedroom) Weâre sure that youâll find yourself coming back to this holiday home or recommending it to your friends.
An email with check-in instructions as well as a unique code to enter the holiday home is sent a day before Check-In. This information is sent to guests who submit their Online Check In Form.
We're happy to prepare a complimentary baby cot for holiday makers traveling with a baby under the age of 3 years (upon request). Children older than 3 should sleep on the bed. Additional bedding cannot be added.

Location, location, locationâyouâve hit the jackpot when you book this Zzzing holiday apartment. When we say in the heart of it all, we mean it. Sliema is buzzing and beautiful. It doesnât get better than this. You will find amazing restaurants and bars just a short walk away.
The location is prime & full of so many activities - great eateries, shopping malls, popular coffee shops & incredible churches and an intriguing history. Itâs also really close to Sliema and St Juliansâ charming traditional inner streets which show the hallmarks of Maltaâs glorious past. This locality is a networking hub where travellers and locals across all paths connect, cultivate new friendships and kick-start exciting business opportunities.
Bus access is great whether you want to visit our capital city Valletta or explore some of Maltaâs beautiful villages. A quick walk from this apartment and you can also hop on a ferry to visit the south of the islands. If youâre renting a car then youâll be happy to hear that itâs relatively easy to find street parking (look out for the white boxes) very close to this holiday home.

For fitness enthusiasts there is a fully equipped and very popular gym together with an open air heated swimming pool just a 10min walk away. We encourage guest to check out Neptunes Water Polo & Swimming Club prior to their arrival, it's open for non members and have great restaurant and cafeteria and great views.

âą Toiletries & Toilet Paper: A starter pack is provided at check-in. Guests are responsible for replenishing toiletries and toilet paper for the remainder of their stay.

âą Electrical Plugs: Malta uses the G-type plug (three rectangular pins in a triangular pattern) with a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz.
âą Common Areas & Lift: A third-party condominium administrator manages the buildingâs common areas and lift. Weâre happy to assist with any issues related to the condominium but kindly ask for your understanding in this regard.
âą Parking: Free street parking is available nearby, but we cannot guarantee a spot.

If you'd like to drop off your luggage earlier, just send us a quick messageâweâll let you know if itâs possible, depending on the cleaning schedule.
