âThere is no reception but you can contact them through whatsapp for any questions. It is good if you're there for a quick in and out but if you're visiting as a tourist I would not recommend. Luckily I was there for work and just needed a place to stay. Bad; Found some sort of small mice dropping but scoured the room without any luck.
AC was not really functional as they've put restrictions on how cold to turn it in the room. Bed was rather hard and not optimal to sleep on.

Servicen höll absolut toppklass och personalen var otroligt vĂ€nlig, hjĂ€lpsam och professionell. Vid alla möten med personal var det toppen service rakt igenom. Poolen, frukosten, spa avdelningen mm.

âGreat hotel! The rooftop was amazing, and the large family suite was perfect for our needs. Amazing views. I had however expected better cleaning (mainly refilling supplies) and better help with taxis/excursions from the reception. Kind and friendly staff though! â

âThe service was excellent from the very start. Shortly after we completed the online booking, the hotel reached out to confirm our arrival time and offered to arrange a taxi if needed.
When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with drinks, and since the previous guests had already checked out, we were able to check in early. The staff were outstanding throughout our stayâexceptionally friendly and a pleasure to interact with.

"We had a great stay at the hotel for 5 days. Arrived late in the middle of the night and got a room with a sofa bed instead of 2 double beds. We were 4 adults so not very comfy to sleep in a sofa bed for 5 mights. The day after we asked for a new room and the receptionen was very helpfull and arranged a new room with 2 beds directly.
Went to the beach club several times, fantastic service, great food and affordable drinks.

The location is very practicalâjust a few meters from the beach, within walking distance to St. Julianâs and the Sliema ferry boat station. Buses to Valletta are very easy and quick.
