“If I could rate this villa higher I would. We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday with ages ranging from 18mths to 63yrs who had travelled from the UK and New Zealand to be together. The spot was idyllic with an amazing view and the sea is at the bottom of the steps. There was a paddle board which everyone loved. I have never seen such crystal clear water. Peaceful location with restaurants and shops only 6-7 minutes away in Gradac, which was lovely with an abundance of sea front restaurants.Ivan and his father were very helpful and friendly. Donna, their dog, was a welcomed frequent visitor ( she was adorable). A truly wonderful holiday. There was 6 adults in our party and the rooms in the villa were spacious and wonderfully decorated. An absolute gem of a find. ”

“Das Haus liegt oben am Berg und ist sehr ruhig und man kann dort richtig gut entspannen. Es ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Man hat eine traumhafte Aussicht.Der Pool ist schön und sauber.Josip ist sehr nett und auch immer erreichbar für den Fall das man Fragen hat. Im Dorf hat er ein Restaurant in dem man sehr gut Essen gehen kann. Man bekommt dort auch ein eigenen Parkplatz. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. ”

“A fabulous property in a fabulous location. We went with our children and grandchildren so a real age range but this area was perfect for us all. The house was great but perhaps a stair gate would be useful as our 1 year old grand-daughter was obsessed with trying to get to the pool so we had to keep the pool door shut! “We had the most wonderful days in Villa Paulina in Zaostrog, and we really recommend everyone to come here. The house is so beautiful and the view is absolutely stunning! It’s such a wonderful atmosphere, and the pool is just perfect. We also had a lot of fun playing ping pong and made some nice dinners using the outdoor kitchen. Our host Josip was so helpful and kind, and made us feel so welcomed. He always responded quickly and also we had the opportunity to use his parking just by the beach...

“Beautiful villa and surrounded by stunning mountain views. Totally private and very peaceful. There are no amenities such as shops in walking distance. We were contacted via WhatsApp and greeted on arrival by Zivka who welcomed us warmly and left a stunning selection of fresh vegetables and fruit from her garden, wine, beer, local brandy and bread. “Endlich wieder Urlaub. Als 9-köpfige Gruppe war das nach COVID 19 unsere erster großer Urlaub. Unsere Erwartungen in die Villa Saga wurden weit übertroffen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und sehr ordentlich. Die Terrasse mit Infinity-Pool und 180 Grad Meerblick ist genial. Die Kommunikation mit Eliszabeta (Betreuung vor Ort) lief super einfach und schnell. Wir haben jeden Tag unseres Aufenthalts sehr genossen! Auch die Buchung über ein 3/4-Jahr im Voraus lief völlig problemlos. Können es...

“Beautiful old villa with stunning views and a beautiful pool. It was within 10 - 15 minutes steep walk of the local shops and restaurants which was super handy and 5 minutes walk to the sea which was lovely to swim in. The steps down and the pool area could do with some maintenance. Overall it was a lovely place to stay and somewhere I would recommend. ”

“The property is much nicer than on the picture, everything is clean and modern and the garden has plenty of litle spaces with luxurious vegetation for the shadow and privacy. The little harbour 2 min away (walking) is beautiful and the water is cristal clear. Only few families enjoying the beach. The tenants are very kind and helped us in all possible ways. Everybody really enjoyed the week in this preserved environnement.”

“Fuimos unos días dos familias con niños! Los 3 apartamentos nos resultaron muy cómodos! La piscina y zona de barbacoa por la tarde-noche son perfectas! Josipa nos recomendó varios sitios, restaurantes estupendo y planes con los niños! Lo mejor fue la cueva de Odiseo que está muy cerca y es precioso y el parque de mjlet. La recomendamos!
