“What a wonderful place to stay for our first time visiting Grass Valley! Kyle and Sita were excellent hosts, and the property was beautiful and lively with gardens, cats, and color everywhere. The cottage we stayed in was super comfortable, clean, and cozy and was just what we needed for our weekend getaway. It was a quick easy walk into town but tucked away in a quiet corner which suited us perfectly. Thanks for a lovely time!”

“Overall, this was a great little home base to explore the areas of Grass Valley and Nevada City. It was perfect walking distance to pretty much everything in downtown Grass Valley, including shops and restaurants. The area seemed safe, clean, and the neighbors were friendly with us.
We loved how the Treetop Loft included a kitchen, laundry, and beyond. That seems perfect for people that like to be outdoors or if you wanted to cook to save some money.
Pros: Great location, fair price,...

“Fantastic setting, great accommodations, including comfy bed, and kitchenette, able to make my breakfast and lunch perfectly. I could sit on the porch and look at the trees and I even saw deer walking by. It was only a few blocks to the main part of Grass Valley, but felt very rural. When I needed batteries for the remote control for the TV they were delivered quickly. I will definitely come back.”

“Property is very well kept and the secluded location makes for a slow start to the day with lovely cup of coffee or tea on either porch. My biggest complaint would be that the outdoor tubs were not heating up. There is very little lighting outside so if you want to soak at night, make sure you take your own lanterns or flashlights, and if you are elderly or have a hard time getting in and out of beds that are on the floor or practically on the floor, this might not be the spot for you. “The host accommodated our group of 6 very well! Each bedroom was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed to cook our own meals and the backyard was lovely as well. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone. It was close to the Hard Rock casino where we saw a concert!”
