Comfortable Home

Nice home, with plenty of room. Master room had a large closet which worked out great for the little kids pack n plays and quiet for sleep.We enjoyed our stay.

Incredibly relaxing great home, great views, great host!

Everything about this home was perfect! The home was comfortable (super beds and sofas) spacious, lots of windows with ocean views, and well appointed. Great quiet location only several miles from beaches and restaurants. We can’t wait to return to Peregrine’s Nest! Our fur babies loved it too!

Loved my vacation !!

The rental property was everything I expected. The property manager was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The VRBO reimbursed me without any problems. I would definitely go back again!

Large home with ocean view

We stayed here for a couple months while house hunting. The home has a nice view of the ocean and large spacious living areas. It comes equipped with everything you need and is pet friendly. The host is friendly and communicates well and responds no matter the time or day. This place is conveniently located to both Brookings and Crescent City and it’s also adjacent to the cheapest gas in the local area. We had a pleasant stay at this location.

Excellent Choice

The home was clean, well organized, stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc. and met all of our needs. We spent five days showing my brother and sister-in-law the Oregon coast. This was the perfect location and we felt very comfortable in this home. The few questions I had were quickly answered by Sandy. Would we return--YES.

Weekend celebration

Everything about this house was amazing! We had 8 people in out party plus our 2 dogs and it was still spacious. Plenty of room for the kids to play outside. The kitchen was stocked with cookware and dishes, which was really nice. The only thing i would suggest is to gravel the driveway. The only reason i say that is because we constantly were worried about tracking mud in the house between the kids and dogs. We for sure will return to this house in the future!!

Wonderful place to stay in Smith River

The house and surrounding property were just as we expected from the pictures we saw online. The house is very clean and spacious. It lived up to our expectations and then exceeded them. The location is perfect and just off the main road enough so you only get the occasional car driving by. No noise from the 101 can be heard. The view of the ocean from the top floor is a very nice added bonus. There even is a handheld telescope to get an up close view of the gorgeous sea. As for Sandy, the property owner, she was very prompt with the few questions we had. I would definitely recommend that anyone thinking about staying in this area should book this beautiful home. It will not disappoint.
