“We spent Easter at Phillip Island and entertained our family members over different days. The living area of the house was fantastic for a big group with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and a lovely big table for everyone to sit around during meals. The deck off the living room was particularly lovely in the sun. Three bathrooms also made it comfortable for everyone. The bedrooms are spacious and everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. The house is well equipped. A nice...

“The property was clean well stocked with all the basic needs. Plenty of parking and close to town/ shops.”

“House was great , except could do with a good clean of windows and fly screens. And really wouldn’t want to stay in summer, as no fans in bedrooms ( and main bedroom up stairs with no cooling )”

“Property not as clean as their instructions indicate the expectations upon leaving the property. Downstairs sleeping area is’t suitable for guests at all. The single beds had quite a sink in the middle. We didn’t find a dishwasher and we had to clean the BBQ before we used it. Not suitable for extreme heat as there was no air conditioning Best part of the property was the balcony.”
