Hotell nära Smith's Fort

“Not really any staff for the rooms, clean, no tv in the bedroom, didn’t really see staff til the second day, when someone randomly walk in our room, didn’t knock or anything, kept getting text about an odor in the hallway, but didn’t smell anything. The food from the restaurant was good. Our patio was right above the smoking area outside so when we opened it up, cigarette smells came in really bad. Overall was and ok stay, just ok.”

“First of all nobody should be allowed to stay at this property. From the outside it is scary looking. And I wasn't even sure that I was at the right property upon pulling into the parking lot so I drove around the back and it looked like Armageddon… So unkempt… Debris everywhere apparently they are redoing the rooms but to leave the back of the building looking like that is unacceptable. “Didnt get to use many amenities but the whole facilities were beautiful ”

“The pool clean but the hot lukewarm. Staff had it set at 85 degrees and wouldn't turn up the temperature. The building structure of the hotel had cracks and wood window frames falling apart or missing. Breakfast was bagels, cereal and muffins. Our toilets in both rooms worked only half the time. I had to find a plunger to unclog the toilet. At check-in the desk person tried charging my cc twice and wasn't going to give us our rooms. I prepaid for 2 rooms. Overall visit 1.5 stars.”

“After we took a shower, the water would not turn off. The showers water handle was broken and we could not turn it off. We couldn’t even change the temp of the water so the shower head just kept pouring out hot water and it was warming up the entire room. We tried to call the lobby but nobody was picking up.
