“The weather played havoc with our Memorial Day weekend plans, but we still managed to have a great time. We ended up spending far more time in the Robin’s Nest than originally planned, so I feel confident in saying it was a comfortable home away from home for us. We made a couple of meals and streamed some movies on the smart TV, but mostly we lounged around when we weren’t out seeing the soggy sights.”

“We stopped here on our way to Shenandoah. It was a last minute find for our family of six (teens and you adult kids). We got in at 7 went to eat at Benders and played trivia and darts. Had a great walk by the vineyard behind the house and the civil war park. Host was great and responsive. Could see this as a great location for a Girls weekend too.”

“We had a slight hiccup when checking in, but it was quickly remedied. House was great with lots of living space for our large group to spread out. I would definitely rent again and will if we are in this area again (likely since our daughter lives in the area). Kitchenware was adequate for our needs. Could have used a few more towels. We weren’t able to reach the host near the end of the trip (asking about the towels) but most needs were met by the management company. Had to add one more day...

“This apartment was so adorable. Even better was the neighborhood and surrounding downtown area. The houses, the businesses, the people on the street - it was straight out of a hallmark movie. The restaraunts were unbelievable good, and the walkway on either side of the beautiful canals were a must see. I hope that I can travel back to Fredrick another time, I just loved everything about it.”
