âWe booked this hotel after our flight was cancelled and our luggage was lost. At check in I asked for a tooth brush and briefly explained to the very very sweet woman checking us in about our day. Not only did she give me a tooth brush, she upgraded us to a room with a washer & dryer so I could wash the only clothes I had. The room was wonderful, the bed was comfortable â

"Mycket serviceminded personal överallt. Riktigt bra rum och badrum, vÀldigt skön sÀng, sÀnglinne och handdukar. Klanderfri stÀdning. Trevlig bar. Saknar miljötÀnk kring handduksbyten vilket drar ner betyget pÄ det. 10 minuters promenad till nÀrmaste tunnelbanestation. Man befinner sig i en storstad och trafiken hörs vÀl i rummen mot Thomas circle. Det störde inte oss men ifall man Àr kÀnslig för sÄdant Àr det nog bÀttre att be om ett rum Ät andra hÄllet. "
