“We frequent the area often and this is our top pick for cabins in the Hochatown/Broken Bow area. We arrived to a new and updated cabin with all the amenities; spacious cabin, comfortable furniture throughout, stocked kitchen, hot tub and sauna. The only thing that could have made this trip better would have been an additional 2-3 days stay but it’s a popular place and our time was short. All of our communication with the host was efficient and questions were answered quickly. We felt like if...

“Air conditioning, mice in room spiders in room. Sinks and tub not draining well. Cute motif. Good bed.”

“This is beautiful place! The host is awesome. Extremely clean and well maintained! Would love to come back. The location could not be better!”

“Nice property but maintenance is badly needed all over the property. Hot tub jets did not always work and outdoor fireplace would not light. One of the showers had tiles falling off the shower walls and wet sinking flooring in front of it. Bed in one bedroom was so squeaky we could not sleep on it a second night. Cabin was poorly appointed - not enough cups / glasses / towels / no soap or shampoo for showers, etc. Overall, not a bad place but could be much better.”

“No one wanted to leave. I'm 84 and my children/grandchildren spent 4 nights there. Huge house with a fishing pond. So much fun. Great for family reunion. Lots of deer to be seen.”

“This was a very neat cozy little house. It was very well maintained and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, microwave and an air fryer. The bathroom was clean and well maintained as was the laundry room. The property also has easy access to the main road. We would highly recommend staying at Retro Rest. If we need to book another stay in Mena it would be our first choice.”

“We had a great stay in the cabin! It was clean, comfortable, and close to everything. Perfect size for 2 people. ”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. It was stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect—peaceful, convenient, and close to everything we wanted to do. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every detail showed how much thought the hosts put into making their guests feel welcome.Communication was excellent from beginning to end. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to...
