“Super nice place to stay. I only stayed one night but could without a doubt have stayed longer. Worth the price and more. Really clean and well kept, a newly renovated. Breakfast was typical American hotel breakfast. Only trouble I had was the neighbor in the connected room who watched and laughed at the TV all night. Would absolutely recommend. ”

“Overall for the money spent, we had a good experience. While the building and rooms shows sign of age, everything from the lobby to the rooms were clean and organized. House keeping did a phenomenal job with their daily room cleanings. The staff was both friendly and helpful. Overall we had a good time at the Guest Inn. Really, our only two complaints were no continental breakfast which is advertised on Expedia, and the beds were extremely firm. ”

“the property is very dated but was clean and convenient. my only complaint was on our last night i did see a dead roach in the tub. it was the only sign of bugs in ths place. my guess is it came up the tub drain. we never did see anymore or signs of any other bugs”

“This is an older budget motel. It has been updated and is well maintained and clean. Staff is friendly and location is good. Breakfast is very good. It's pet friendly as well. We asked for and received a ground floor room which was very convenient for our dog. Overall it was a good value and I would recommend it.”

“There was an overfilled dumpster behind the hotel (not sure whose it was) that was overflowing and stunk up the whole property. Also there is a lot of mold and unkept gutters that was on the outside of the building. However-the rooms were so clean and well kept. The staff was so nice and welcoming. The fire pit, pools, and such were all clean and nice. Despite the outside this will be our go to stay for pigeon forge!”
