âFront Desk staff was amazing! Room was nice, comfortable and quiet. Wasn't expecting good quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower! Could've saved some $$ by not buying my own. Free laundry machines! Decent workout room. Only thing that wasn't perfect was the tv. They have satellite tv, so when the storms came through the tv froze. Otherwise, for the price compared to other hotels in the area for the week I was there, couldn't beat it! â
âStaff top notch. Loved the room amenities. EVERYTHING in walking distance. Loved it. Would stay there again. Nothing I didnât like. The staff hooked me up with A TON of fresh clean towels when I asked for a shower towel and pointed to the dirty laundry basket in the hall for when Iâm done. Of course out of respect for their efforts, I dropped all my dirty towels in the basket when I left. Clean lobby. Bible in the drawer and coffee in the room. Perfect.â

"Great apartments in Nashville! Modern, spacious and clean. The whole hotel is modern and feels mor European than American, which is great! It is possible to walk to downtown, and the area offers free parking on the streets around the hotel, so no need for their expensive valet parking (also a public parking garage 100m from the hotel for approx. 20usd/24h).
Only problem was the soundproofing, very poor between the rooms, you heard the persons in the rooms next to you easily.
However, the staff in the reception is rude and unfriendly. But if you manage to ignore them you will have a nice stay here. "
