“The property being steps from the beach was amazing.”

“Hade önskat information på stället vart kontoret låg. Var svårt att hitta dit för att få nyckeln till boendet.”

“Rent och det ligger bra men skulle verkligen behövas en uppfräschning av möbler och köket. Slitet och känns som att sllt är från 80-talet.”

“This apartment was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a business traveler on a budget.”

“Host was very communicative from the beginning. Home is clean & beautiful. Yes there is a slight smoke smell, but 1) it’s not as bad as the reviews make it, I believe people over exaggerated about it and 2) it’s in the front porch area which is the designated smoking area. Overall 10/10, will be booking again in the future”

“The Banyon was comfortable and in an off-the-beaten path location. We loved the little beach at the end of the street. Perfect for fishing and paddling.”

“There is actually 2 door handles you have to turn when unlocking the smart lock. In 902 b there is not a stove or instructions for the toaster oven to use it. The grill was dirty and the whole area around the grill wasn't sweeped. And there isn't a washer or dryer in 902b maybe in 902a but neither door is label as what is what. There was mold on the patio cushions and hammock. Other then that area was quiet and close to where we needed to go.”

“The property is as advertised (conveniently located, updated, and very clean). I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Bradenton. My situation was a bit unique as I was attending a birthday party for a friend in the same neighborhood, so it could not have been more convenient. For a visitor wanting to explore the beaches and downtown Bradenton, there would be some driving (or Uber) involved. However, the property is an excellent value in a safe neighborhood. The...

“Clean room, host was super quick with responding with help.”

“Upon arrival , the deck is in terrible shape and dirty, furniture is rusty and seating pads are moldy and torn. Going into the residence, things were “in order”, but were dusty and floors were stained and dirty, also there was no place to put your toiletries ( hanging up towels after use, no place for tooth cleaning, or hairbrush etc..), Also, we had a problem with the wi fi, came back on Wed. No internet, reached out to host was told it was an outage, would be taken care of, on Thursday , he...

“Great location and amenities. We thought the pool was nice and of course the beach was fantastic. The property manager was kind and very helpful. The room was clean and honestly had exactly what we needed, as we spent a majority of the time outside. I truly have no complaints.”

“Loved the easy access to the beach and the fact that the property had beach supplies available for you to use. We had great service when needed and will definitely visit again !”

“Great bungalow in perfect location”

“Close to beach and cozy”

“Perfect accommodation in Sarasota area. Quiet, central location, has everything you need.”

“Only issue is that the towels were stained but everything else was amazing. Thank you very much for a memorable stay.”
