Ended up refunding me and providing an extra credit to use for a rebook - but nothing was available for the timeframe I was down here in St Pete; fortunately I was able to stay with friends, but that should Not have happened. Poor service from the host. Great service from VRBO, but no help due to the events going on in town so no availability.”

“Doug and Candy were the perfect hosts. The unit was fully stocked--there was nothing that we needed. The bed was super comfortable, and came with extra pillows which you don't find in a lot of rentals. Plenty of towels including beach towels. The outdoor space was very nice for enjoying your favorite beverage especially in the morning and early evening. The location was perfect--very close to the beaches of Anna Maria Island and LECOM Park for spring training. We highly recommend renting this...

“Check in went well. Property was very clean. Plenty of clean linens, once we found them. I would indicate that the clean linens are located in the dresser drawer in the bedroom, somewhere in the book. One thing we had an issue with was the water pressure in the bathroom. Very low water pressure, which made rinsing hair very difficult and lengthy. I did message about that and the return message indicated, that would be looked into. Nice quiet neighborhood. ”
