“Drains were all clogged. Water was sitting in bathroom sink and kitchen sink. Luckily my husband is a plumber and took care of it. Nothing looked like it was swept or mopped when we arrived. My husband scrubbed the sliding doors with the squeegee that was in the house, but it should have been done for us. Sheets were stained and did not look clean. “The cleanliness was not so great in the kitchen. Had to wash dishes as we used them. The kitchen counters need replacement as the one is raised. The kitchen faucet was not tightened down. Some of the plugs don’t work, which caused the bedroom tv not to work and the mattress needs replaced. It’s way too soft and not comfortable. The chairs on the balcony aren’t comfortable to set out on the balcony. The property its self is great. I will look for another condo to rent next time .”
