“Lovely condominium located right on the beach. Private balcony overlooking the water with beautiful views. Easy access to the beach. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Air condition with basic essentials. Highly recommend.”

“Bed unmade with sheets taking a long time to drive. We were able to find fitted sheet and pillow cases with marker stains (but clean). Only 1 towel available. Rest were in dryer with sheets and were unable to be dried. Property could have stood some extra cleaning (sandy, leftover food in fridge/freezer, plates/cups needed a bit more thorough washing as well as bathroom, etc). The host was very speedy in his responses as well as apologetic and did try his best to resolve the bedding situation...

“The condo was great with a lot of activities for our teenage boys. Todd was great to communicate with through out the entire process. We really enjoyed our stay. The only down fall was having to head back home. ”

“We had an amazing time here. It was our first time to topsail. The host was very easy to talk to and he helped with everything we asked. The place was very nice and cozy. I loved that even though it wasnt oceanfront but it still had a beautiful view on the balcony of the ocean. Enjoyed having coffee and watching the sunset. Had everything you need for vacation. The property was also wonderful. The pools were great and great access to beach. Would love to stay again. ”

“I have stayed at this property many times. I absolutely love it. It feels like a home away from home. It's far enough away from everything but close enough to where you can go out and about if you so desire. Even when the weather is not so nice, having the balcony to be able to still enjoy the ocean view is wonderful.”

“This property and location was exactly as our hosts described. The closeness to the ocean made our stay fantastic. The host were available with communication responses right away. We will stay there again. ”

“Everything was as advertised. Although there isn’t beach access at high tide, there is public access just two houses over so it wasn’t a big deal to get on the beach. Recommend walking down to see the sunrise. Happy to have a little ice maker. Bed slept well, and even though I was there during an extreme heat advisory, the unit stayed cool and comfortable. ”

“Property has a terrific view, Only issue was the baseboard heaters. Only a few worked. We did figure out the electric heater in living room could be used to supplement heat. No instructions for using the elect, heater. Everything else was great.”
