Beautifully updated and clean condo with amazing views, great proximity to the elevator and the pool. Onsite restaurant was fantastic. The host was great to work with. We will definitely be returning to this one!

Perfection. The villa was comfortable, clean and provided everything we needed. We were sad to leave but will definitely be back. HIGHLY recommend. Views can’t be beat either. The pool was huge and never felt crowded.

Our stay at Unit 209A at Villa Capriani was outstanding! The condo was spotless and exactly as described—no surprises, just a perfect setup for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and made communication easy from start to finish. The ocean view is absolutely beautiful and was one of our favorite parts of the stay. Check-in was seamless and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the best VRBO stay ever. Well stocked with all the amenities. Very up to date. We enjoyed our stay Immensely. Have stayed in several VRBOs and this was the best. Host extremely gracious. Can’t say enough about our stay. Will be coming back. Great place for vacation.

PERFECTION!! Such a great, super clean, nicely decorated 1 bedroom condo. The location was amazing and gave us gorgeous views of the ocean, pier, pools and all of the tropical courtyard We even got to witness a wedding while lounging by the pool!! And we benefitted from the after party and live music from our room and balcony!! Pretty awesome. We will definitely be back and enjoying the very private beach and many fabulous amenities. Thanks to Shanna for her great southern hospitality.

Fantastic place beautifal condo and grounds

We were looking for a place right on the beach with a beautiful pool and grounds an this one was perfect. Host made everything easy. Clean beautifully appointed condo with a great view of pools and the beach. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Birthday vacation

My boyfriend and I did a long weekend away for our birthdays and I am so happy that we chose this place! Beautifully furnished and extremely accommodating. We had an amazing view from the balcony and spent every evening listening to the music from the restaurant patio below. The private beach access, pools/hot tubs, and restaurant on site were all great as well. We know where we'll be staying for our future trips to Topsail!

Very nice all the way around.

We love Topsail Island and often stay in North Topsail. The unit was nicely appointed and clean. The property manager was responsive and friendly. The views from the balcony were outstanding while the check-in, check-out process was easy. We will be back with our family to this location very soon.

Capri Villa Family Fun

The property was gorgeous! Very updated with complimentary products provided! The views were breathtaking and close proximity to stairway and elevator! Pools were clean, beach was not heavily populated, and food at the restaurant on site was delicious! I would strongly recommend this property!

Great!

This is a really nice condo, and a great place for a quiet getaway. Condo is nicely decorated, and super close to the pool and beach. Resort is pretty unique on the NC coast, and has great facilities. The pools & hot tubs are a welcome break from the beach. It's also nice to have the restaurant at the resort, although it can get really busy. All in all a fantastic long weekend for my wife and I, and we wouldn't hesitate to come back!

This unit can’t be beat! With linens included and starters to get your stay off on the right foot, my family and I absolutely loved our stay. Easy access to the pools, yes plural, and the beach. Villa Capriani is our favorite spot and this is our favorite unit there!

Weekend getaway

This condo was amazing. Clean. Well appointed. Had everything we would expect and then some. The linens were superior to other places we have stayed. The ocean view on the deck with coffee in the mornings was wonderful. We will be back for sure.
