Cozy Beachfront Condo

  • Escape to a comfortable and updated beachfront condo with beautiful ocean views. Relaxation is the name of the game, starting right when you pull up to this first-floor location with minimal steps at the entrance.

    Walk in to a light and peaceful environment far away from the stresses of everyday life. Travel light! This location is supplied with a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer (detergent and softener provided), coffee bar with non-perishable snacks, sunscreen, beach toys, beach towels, and bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers fully loaded.

    Enjoy unmatched ocean views from your private balcony or kick back and catch up on your favorite shows on the 2 TVs with cable provided, as well as a secured WiFi network. A few steps is all it takes to get you down to the beach.

    Finally, be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves in the private bedroom with a King-sized bed with ample pillows and pillow-topped mattress or on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the main room.

    We strive to create a stress free check in and stay while you are with us. Customized keyless entry codes will be given to you so you have easy access to the condo without worry.
    A simple staircase just feet away from the front door will take you directly to the quiet beach where, during low tide, you can stroll casually without interruption or heavy beach traffic.
    You will be able to enjoy the community tennis court which includes corn hole. There is an outdoor picnic area on the beach that includes bathrooms and grills.

    Other things to note
    There is a parking lot directly in front of the condo complex. A parking pass will be provided which must be in your car at all times while parking at the complex.

Beach Condo

Great view of the beach and ocean. Easy access to the beach. Quiet and not crowded, but you will have to drive a bit to find a place to eat. I found that to be just fine.

Didn’t want to leave!

Host went above and beyond to make our stay special. The condo is the cleanest place we have ever stayed; it is also decorated beautifully and stocked with everything you need for a beach trip. The view from the balcony is amazing and we saw dolphins! The area is quiet and the beach isn’t crowded. Will definitely be going back!

Excellent unit! Second time staying in this group units and this one is by far the nicest! The updates to the unit are tastefully done and various special touch’s. Complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival is a great touch! We will stay here again!

Just right for a couple

The host family is outstanding. The property is compact and cozy. Its ocean-side location is perfect for walking to the North Inlet and along the beach in either direction. If you're looking for roomy accommodations, this is not for you. If like us you want a pleasant couple's getaway in a sweet location with relative peace and quiet, this unit fits the bill.

Family vacation on the beach …

I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness and decor of the condo. The ocean view is absolutely beautiful. Sitting on the deck in the morning with my coffee was very relaxing and peaceful. Simple and easy with the few steps from the beach . Our host was very attentive to insure a comfortable stay. If you are looking for a layer back quiet beach vacation - this is a place! We are so happy with our stay and will plan to coming back yearly !

Graduation trip

Great place for a girls trip, Gina thought about everything that a guest could need/want while staying here. She’s quick to respond with any hiccups and very friendly. The complimentary bottle of wine and a sweet note was just the cherry on top. We will be back!

Very clean

This was the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Great location. The only thing that wasnt pleasant was the fact that constuction was going on on the floor directly above us. Rather aggravating and annoying. Would definitely stay there again. Have to only five 3 stars overall due to this.

Well needed beach getaway!

The condo was perfect, felt like home away from home, very clean and comfortable. Ocean views were perfect! Special touches for families, coffee, etc nice. Would view tide charts in area before you go to know when to plan beach time. Some construction with heavy machinery going on but appeared to be preserving sand and land erosion, safety from high tide. Hard to explain to kiddos that we couldn't go to beach anytime. Rented jet skis about 15 minutes away for shark tooth excursion, had a blast! Found lots of shells.

Amazing Property

Seriously steps from the ocean, great condo and area! A quick drive to the back gate of Camp LeJeune which was perfect for visiting our Marine. The bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived after a long car ride was a welcome sight. A great plus was beach chairs and washer/dryer. There was an issue with construction of the decks that they had no control over. Workers right outside windows, loud banging on walls all day and construction vehicle noise. But our hostess refunded us part of our payment because of this unscheduled construction. And now future guest have a beautiful new ocean front deck! =)

Family Babymoon

We had a great time while staying over the Thanksgiving holiday. We chose this unit because it was advertised as being on the first floor. We were nervous to see how many stairs there around be due to being so close to the water while I was heavily pregnant. We were pleasantly surprised that it was truly minimal stairs to get into the unit. We were impressed with just how close this unit is to the water. It was amazing to wake up to the sound of waves. Our favorite part was sitting outside on the balcony and watching the dolphins swim by while our son played. We spent the majority of our time on the balcony and didn’t have to worry about his safety due to the way the balcony was constructed. The host provided beach supplies that our son enjoyed and the beach towels were very helpful.

Perfect Beachfront Property

This was a very clean, on-the-beach rental. We were able to sit right on the deck and watch the waves roll right up under the deck and high tide. It was very relaxing and very easy.

Short Escape

Though we were only there for 3 days/2 nights it was so relaxing! The hosts have a beautiful condo that was very welcoming and in excellent condition. Sitting on the deck, overlooking the ocean was amazing, whether sipping on a cup of coffee in the am or a cold beer in the pm. Added plus to have a washer and dryer in the unit. We’ll definitely be back when the weather is warmer to frolic in the ocean.

Thirty-fifth Anniversary Weekend

I was looking for some very specific things for this weekend getaway in celebration of our 35th wedding anniversary and the Grimmer’s condominium met them all. The kitchen was nice and well stocked and we were able to cook a nice breakfast. The balcony was precisely what we were hoping as we spent most of Saturday just enjoying the surf and sun without getting sandy and wet. We had a great time!
