Enjoy the private beach access ramp, relax by the community pool, or enjoy the ocean view from the 3rd floor private balcony. Golf courses, fishing piers and restaurants are all a short drive away! Featuring 3 flat-screen TVs, a modern kitchen, and free internet. Bed linens, towels, condo essentials. This condo offers everything needed for a stress-free stay.

The space:
Enjoy the separated bedrooms. Bed sheets, bath and hand towels, dish soap and starter toilet paper and paper towels provided.

Kitchen has a Keurig K-Duo Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker.

Complex has a community pool and private beach entry access ramp. The pool is seasonal and open mid May to mid October.

Blackout curtains throughout perfect for a good night's sleep.

There are 2 elevators on site. Elevator closest to condo does require about 12 steps from parking lot. There is a step free ramp at center of building and requires a short covered walk to the condo. Complex does reserve the right to close elevator for maintenance and in this event the second elevator may have to be used.

Other things to note:
Pool is seasonal and is only scheduled to be open mid May to mid October and closes around sunset each day. Pool pass will be provided during these months. Pool is owned and managed by the condo complex and is a community pool. The complex reserves the right to close the pool for any needed maintenance.

1 Pool and 2 parking passes will be issued at check-in. There is a 100.00 fee for each pass that is not left at the property at check-out. Parking spaces are not assigned / guaranteed. During busy season, parking can be FCFS . Please reduce the amount of vehicles brought during stay. ALL vehicles MUST have a parking pass visible or will be towed at renters expense.

Condo complex does not allow pets, except for owner pets. Condo complex is extremely strict with their NO pet policy and renter will incur large fines (at their expense) for bringing a pet on property. All owner pets are registered with required tags, so renters bringing pets will be caught. Bringing a pet to condo will result in instant termination of contract and renter will be required to leave immediately without refund.

Camera is located at condo unit outside entrance. No cameras are located inside the property.
