Not worth the cost

Condo was cleanish. Very outdated. Horrible mattress. Pillows were flat barely any stuffing in 3 of them and not enough for everyone in group. Bedding seemed liked they had not been washed in a while. Area rugs are dirty the floor had not been mopped. When we walked in the condo it smelled bad like a musty old smell. If the condo was just cleaned like they said it was you would have had a nice clean smell not that. Dishes were dirty/sticky. Gross feeling. Would not sleep nine comfortably. Condo is small for just adults. Bedrooms are very small. Washer is newer but the dryer is from the 70’s and so is most of the decor. Pictures online are somewhat accurate but not completely. Several outlets did not work if you could find one. Most of them were covered by big bulky furniture that you couldn’t move. We spent way too much money for the condo we stayed in. Wish we would have stayed somewhere else.

Lovely stay at Topsail

Our family had a great time at Topsail in this condo. It was just the right size and had a beautiful view from both balconies. Beds are a little hard, as someone else also noted, but I was prepared with an inflatable pad. Kids loved the pool and uncrowded beach.

A great place to say, if you want to be off the grid

The condo was nicely furnished. It has a great view of the beach and the sunrise. The balcony is shaded from the afternoon sun. Cons: The beds are VERY VERY firm, kinda like sleeping on a piece of wood. The TV couldn't access the internet because of the way St Regis makes an additional click on a webpage to connect. From the TV, we couldn't connect. The TV had Spectrum cable. We ended up watching streaming services from a laptop.
