First time to N Topsail Beach

Topsail dunes, villa, where we stayed and we talk to the owner Nancy long our stay was wonderful

Our stay was wonderful the owner Nancy long had everything ready for us when we got there . The villa that we stayed in was furnished beautifully and we had everything we needed in our kitchen to cook and bathrooms or set up for all of our needs. We had a wonderful time.

When we arrived the floor was covered in sand.there was see dust all over ceiling fans and tops of dressers. Shower heads in both bathrooms were filthy with black mold on them. No hot water in the kitchen. If we had not already paid for this property for the week we would have left. Homeowner was aware of the situation and I had sent her pictures, but no compensation was offered either.. things were a little cramped. Looks bigger in the pictures. Very disappointing that we had to stay in filth for a week.

Grands beach trip

Property itself was very nice and clean. Would ask to have some small glasses, and bowls, but that's a minor thing. Beds were comfy and overall great.

Beautiful beach apartment!

This vacation rental was affordable, incredibly clean, and beautifully decorated. It offered ocean front views on the front and the bay waters on the back. The owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with for any questions. My family and I loved our time at Topsail Dunes Villas and recommend this listing to anyone who wants a relaxing and colorful beach vacation.

My husband and I have stayed at other condos in Topsail Dunes, but this property is our favorite one! The place is clean, beautifully decorated with beach decor, and is very comfortable and homey and the kitchen has almost every appliance, cookware, glassware, and gadget imaginable! The view from this unit is absolutely breathtaking with the white sandy beach, beautiful ocean, tiny palm trees, and amazing view of the sound (especially at sunset)! Nancy is an amazing host. She is easy to communicate with and quick to respond if you need anything. One morning, we awoke to find that something was up with the air conditioning and texted Nancy; literally within minutes, she texted back and said her repairman was on his way! Long story short, everything with the air conditioning was fixed probably within an hour and a half…and the repairman had a 17 mile trip to get to the condo! So impressed with everything about our stay here and are hoping to return to Nancy’s and her husband’s place again next summer!

Condo with beautiful views

This property was very clean and comfortable. One of the cleanest vacation properties I have ever stayed at. The owners have made sure that you have nearly all you need during the stay. The property grounds are nice and the pool was wonderful. There is also a courtyard on the grounds with cot hole, horseshoes, bocce ball, a basketball court, and grilling area. The condo afforded great ocean and soundside views.

Very nice vacation rental

Property is as described in the listing. The kitchen is well stocked and bedrooms are very nice. Owner was very helpful and communicated with us to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The view of the ocean from the condo is amazing. The beach is beautiful and not crowded at this time of the year. We enjoyed our visit and hope to return in the near future.

Can’t say enough about our stay in this lovely condo. Everything you could want or need in this very clean and well appointed condo. The ocean view was beautiful! Nancy was super attentive to our needs and checked in to make sure everything was ok. We will definitely be back next year!!

We had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront beach condo! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach with beautiful ocean views from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise each morning was the highlight of our trip.The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials, the beds were comfortable, and the entire space felt welcoming and well cared for.The beach was fairly easy to access as long as you don’t have too much to take with you on the beach. You have to access it by stairs instead of a ramp like most oceanfront condos. That made it hard on my hubby who likes to set up the beach for our family. (We take a full size cooler, multiple chairs, umbrellas and things to look for sharks teeth) so the stairs were a challenge but other than that, it was great!Sunday morning, we woke up to a warm condo due to the air going out but as soon as I spoke with Nancy she had someone there to fix it! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable beachfront getaway! Thanks, Nancy! We will definitely send folks your way.

Perfect place to relax and enjoy the view

The condo was clean, well furnished and comfortable. We loved watching the sunrise from the deck and in the living room, plus we saw dolphins swimming almost every day! The property is very quiet and I only wish we were there during warmer weather. This was the perfect place to relax and enjoy some family time over Christmas. Nancy is wonderful and is very responsive to questions.

Paradise

The condo itself was wonderful. All appliances were updated and the kitchen was well stocked. The condo owner was easy to contact and correspond with. The pool was well maintained and a hot with our granddaughter.The playground needs some tender loving care as it is very weathered. The VRBO ad listed a hot tub as an amenity, but it was removed several years ago. Overall, we had a fun and relaxing vacation.

Relaxing & Wonderful View

This was the perfect relaxing get-away my husband and I needed. We hadnt had a vacation since 2019, and I'm so glad, and grateful, the Long's allowed us to spend it in their home. We couldnt have had a better location! Nancy had the condo decorated SO beautifully (very beachy), and the kitchen was well-equipped, we were able to just kickback and enjoy the week. The location was so peaceful! The far north end of the island allowed us to enjoy the beach from the deck, and the sound from the front porch. PERFECT! We wanted to avoid the hustle & bustle of the more commercialized beaches! I would HIGHLY recommend this location! Thank you! Terry and Jim, Norton OH
