Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We were looking forward to staying at this rental and taking advantage of the great local activities. When we went to check in there were three cars in the driveway and the garage door was opened. We were immediately on alert and a little creeped out. I knocked on the front door and hit the Ring doorbell, no answer. While on the phone with property management, we noticed that someone was in the house. Management called back later and said that the owner was in the house, they use the downstairs as an office. However, the listing said we were renting the whole house. At this point, we felt unsafe and were not interested in staying at this house. Management said they would find us another rental. We didn't hear anything for a couple hours. By this time, it was so late in the day we had to make other arrangements so our young kids could get some sleep. We called and messaged vrbo but they didn't offer any help. After long periods on hold, we were told to contact property management. We did eventually get refunded for the rental, but this was a very disappointing experience. I think we will try to avoid vrbo and vacasa moving forward.

Wonderful peaceful house

The children I really enjoyed our time at the property. It has this wonderful basketball court that the children enjoyed playing in. The host was very responsive and The house was very comfortable for us. I would definitely stay at this property again in the future.
