“This place is incredible!!!! From the first greeting from the bellmen to the front desk staff, everyone was so nice!! The rooms and hotel are sophisticated, warm and welcoming. The maid staff made our room perfectly clean that made coming back from long days on the trails very relaxing. We have not 1 complaint at all!!!! Stay here for sure!!”

“The hotel looked very cool like an old lodge. Great decor, but disappointing things were no shower gel, no conditioner the containers were empty. Only half roll of bathroom tissue. Kleenex empty. For the price per night I would expect these little things to be taken care of. Another issue my husband had spilled his water bottle on the bathroom floor and grabbed a towel to clean it up and disgustingly the towel was then dirty, not even clean floor. “The staff was very kind. However, the rooms we booked and paid for months in advance were not available. Initially we were offered 2 beds for 6 people! We had booked and paid for multiple bed suites. We tried to be easy and request roll away cots as 3 people were not fitting into a small bed. They did not have any. Instead we were forced to separate our children into rooms without an adult and down the hallway. For paying close to $1500 I would expect to get the actual rooms we booked.”
