“Cool town ”

“Nothing with the owner. The construntion of the building is very thin and if you are trying to sleep in after a long drive. You feel that the all the cleaning, walking and talking is in your unit. The property is great. Well located. The renters are awesome. ”

“The Good. It was clean, convenient to town, and their son was very generous by charging our Tesla. The bad was a very worn mattress that needed to be replaced. There was no table lamp in the livingroom and no table to have a meal although there were tv trays. The shower in the bathroom was not sufficient. It was attached to a non functioning soaking tub.”

“Very nice and spacious one bedroom. I would definetly recomnend to any single or couple looking for long term or short term. ”

“Cottage is very nice and very quiet. The huge covered porch is so nice to sit and have morning coffee. Walking distance to Allen St. Will definitely stay again. Hosts are very friendly.”

“I thought this would just be a novel place to stay but was pleasantly surprised. The wagon was very comfortable. The bed was great and the wagon was warm and comfortable. We built a fire and enjoyed sitting under the stars.”

“The property worked out well for us. It had a comfy feeling. It had the basics that we needed but would have been nice to have a little more essentials, laundry soap, blow dryer, and extra blankets. The first bedroom did not have heat going into it. Could be because the hall vent is dusty? I did unplug one bedroom light as it was flickering when off and I worried about a fire hazard. Also, a little map to find the apartment would be perfect. ”

“We just wanted a couple days away. This studio was perfect, very quiet, clean and close to walk to the pool or Catalina Grill. I was very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the balcony to enjoy our dinner. It was a treat to find this treasure!”

“This is a cute property. It was clean and all of the plumbing and cooking appliances worked nicely. We were not clear on how to turn the heat on and fortunately did not need it. We were also not clear on what the second bed was and were surprised that it is simply a couch. All in all, we managed and enjoyed staying at The Bungalow. It is very centrally located and has a nice outdoor space to sit and read in. The bed that does exist is very comfortable. ”

“This cute little studio was perfect for what I needed while in GV visiting my mother. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had just what I needed, and I was able to come back at night and unwind before heading out the next day. Cute neighborhood with plenty of places to walk. Easy access to GV proper and GV recreation center.”

“I grew up in Tucson and love the desert. Being able to sit out on this idyllic patio and watch birds and prairie dogs from the kitchen window was perfect. Brought my watercolors and sketchpad and with a casita well stocked and comfortable, I could take time just for me….a respite thoroughly enjoyed!”

“We really love this little casita which is centrally located to everything. The layout is a little different, but it is very well maintained! This was our first visit to Tucson and spent a lot of time exploring. We enjoyed spending the mornings and evenings in the cozy backyard. The only thing we could recommend is new beds/mattresses - they weren’t as comfortable as we would’ve liked. We do plan on returning in the future and we will be looking to book this casita.”
