“Bra trevligt hotel med bra läge. Men servicen sviktar. Jag försökte tex beställa en taxi till min tidiga utcheckning och ingen kunde göra det. Skickades fram och tillbaka mellan check in desk, front desk och consigner. Förväntar mig betydligt mer av ett 5 stjärnigt hotel.”
