“The home was great, clean, cozy and well maintained. new interior, big screen TV and well equipped in a quiet neighborhood. The only suggestion I have is to put fencing all of the way to the ground in the back and side yard...the fence currently has a huge space at the bottom that my small doggy slipped under twice...had to run him down in the neighborhood and then put him on a line so he couldn't just run free... but everything else is great....thanks, and will stay here again ”

“This is the absolute BEST location in Long Beach. You can walk to the beach or any of the cute shops. There’s a really delicious bakery/deli you can get to in less than a couple minutes on foot! We loved it! Someone commented about an odor in #4. That was not an issue for us. We did not have any odd smells. The bathroom is a little tight but honestly it has everything you need. The deck was a wonderful spot for morning coffee and a croissant from Dylan’s Cottage Bakery. That’s a must stop place....
